The journal Ecological Informatics is devoted to the publication of high quality, peer-reviewed articles on all aspects of ecoinformatics, computational ecology and systems ecology. The scope of the journal takes into account the data-intensive nature of ecology and the precious information content of ecological data in view of global environmental and climate change. The nature of the journal is interdisciplinary at the crossover between ecology and informatics. It focuses on recent developments in sensor-based data acquisition, internet-based data archiving and sharing, data assimilation, inductive reasoning and forecasting of ecological data.The journal invites papers on: •novel concepts and tools for the acquisition, management, analysis and synthesis of ecological data including genomic and paleoecological data, •understanding ecosystem functioning and evolution, and •informing decisions on environmental issues like sustainability, climate change and biodiversity.

Practical information on hemodialysis, hemofiltration, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis is featured in this journal. Recognizing the critical importance of equipment and procedures, particular emphasis has been placed on reports, drawn from a wide range of fields, describing technical advances and improvements in methodology. Papers reflect the search for cost-effective solutions which increase not only patient survival, but also patient comfort and disease improvement by prevention or correction of undesirable effects. Advances in vascular access and blood anticoagulation, problems associated with exposure of blood to foreign surfaces, and acute-care nephrology, including continuous therapies, also receive attention. Cambridge Prisms: Antimicrobial Resistance is dedicated to advancing and accelerating the development, uptake, and adoption of products, processes, and policies to help mitigate the impact of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Addressing AMR effectively requires an integrated, One Health approach, which recognises that human, animal and environmental health are interconnected. Our primary mission is to serve as an essential platform for the dissemination of high-quality translational and implementation research, innovation, and informed discourse on AMR. Beyond the traditional boundaries of scientific inquiry, the journal aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by providing a forum where researchers, clinicians, veterinarians, policymakers, regulators, and industry and business stakeholders converge to share insights that will deliver impact. The journal advocates for increased global efforts to address AMR and protect the efficacy of current and new antimicrobial medicines. We encourage submissions that investigate how and why efforts to curb AMR have, to date, not yielded the expected results. We encourage the generation of evidence for action as well as evidence of action on curbing AMR. Additionally, we seek studies that highlight the need for systems’ level thinking and that provide information to prevent adverse consequences of interventions being shifted from one sector to another.

Reading and Writing Quarterly provides direction in educating a mainstreamed population for literacy. It disseminates critical information to improve instruction for regular and special education students who have difficulty learning to read and write. Results in Physics welcomes two types of papers:

1. Full research papers

2. Microarticles: very short papers, no longer than 2 pages. They may consist of a single, but well-described piece of information, such as:
- Data and/or a plot plus a description
- Description of a new method or instrumentation
- Negative results
- Concept or design study

All submitted manuscripts are fully peer-reviewed and after acceptance, a publication fee is charged to cover all editorial, production, and archiving costs. Different publication fees apply for the two types of papers: USD 750 for full papers and USD 500 for microarticles (excluding taxes). Accepted papers are freely accessible to anyone.
