Polis is a refereed journal which was founded in 1977 to provide a forum for scholars specializing in Ancient Greek Political Thought. Originally the Newsletter of the Society for Greek Political Thought (UK), Polis has over the years evolved into a full-fledged academic journal that publishes material of interest to those who study ancient Greek political thought, whether they do so as classicists, ancient historians, philosophers, or political scientists . Polis maintains ties with the Society for Greek Political Thought and with its membership, but the journal welcomes submissions for peer-review from scholars with no affiliation to the Society .“Political thought” is not defined narrowly as political philosophy but to cover political thinking at all levels, and thus the study of political institutions and practices, history, and literature are all included. Polis also publishes articles on the reception of ancient political thought in Europe, America, or elsewhere.The journal speaks for no particular perspective or methodology and it is devoted to the publication of research papers, even though extensive literature reviews and critiques of contemporary research, review essays and book reviews are also included.Polis appears in two issues per annual volume (spring and fall). .

Environment and Planning B: Planning and Design has one of the fastest growing readerships of any journal in the field of urban planning and design.Its goal is the publication of high-quality articles which report leading edge research in the application of formal methods, methods models, and theories to spatial problems which involve the built environment and the spatial structure of cities and regions. The journal also specialises in new approaches to planning and design methods which explore ways of generating and evaluating optimal plans and policies.With recent dramatic developments in computing and networking, the journal has become a forum for major research in the application of computers to planning and design, in particular the use of shape grammars, artificial intelligence, and morphological methods to buildings and towns, the use of multimedia and GIS in urban and regional planning, and the development of ideas concerning the virtual city. Launched in 2007, ‘NanoEthics: Studies of New and Emerging Technologies’ is an innovative journal of science and technology studies (STS) focusing on technologies converging at the nanoscale and other new and emerging technologies. It has published important contributions to discussions on a wide range of ethical, legal, social, political and cultural aspects of areas such as biotechnology, nanotechnology, neurotechnology and information and communication technology.
The journal has played a key role in ethical and STS discourse on nanoscience and nanotechnology, responsible research and innovation (RRI), synthetic biology, human enhancement / animal enhancement and other topics. At the same time, NanoEthics is an important forum for the exploration of and interactions between art, science and technology. It aims to promote global discourse on the future of humanity in the age of technoscience. With the new Collection “Life Sciences, Society and Policy”, which inherits and continues the journal of the same name (LSSP), our journal is also in a position to become even more relevant for philosophical and STS discussions on biotechnologies and the life sciences.
While the focus of the journal is on ethical aspects, NanoEthics invites contributions on a variety of other philosophical issues as well as contributions from a wide range of fields in the social sciences, humanities and arts, as long as the contributions are relevant to ethically understanding and changing the relationships between new and emerging technologies, science and societies.

The Journal of Property Research is an international journal. The title reflects the expansion of research, particularly applied research, into property investment and development. The Journal of Property Research publishes papers in any area of real estate investment and development. These may be theoretical, empirical, case studies or critical literature surveys. There are two major areas of focus: 1. Property investment and finance. This covers topics such as the characteristics of property as an investment class, forecasting of markets and property portfolio construction. Much of this research will be an application to property of techniques developed in other investment markets. 2. Land development. This covers a wide range of issues surrounding the development and redevelopment of property. The focus may be financial, economic or environmental; urban or rural; public or private sector. The Journal provides a forum for research in the field and assists researchers and practitioners to keep abreast of new developments.

Journal of Radical Librarianship (ISSN 2399-956X) is an open access journal publishing high quality, rigorously reviewed and innovative scholarly work in the field of radical librarianship. The Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, published by the American Chemical Society on behalf of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, is a monthly, peer-reviewed journal that covers all aspects of mass spectrometry, including fields of scientific inquiry in which mass spectrometry can play a role, including both applications and fundamentals. The most important function of a sport sociological journal like the European Journal for Sport and Society (EJSS) is to enable an international discussion about current issues and to foster collaboration between researchers from all social scientific sub-disciplines.

The EJSS is therefore a platform for multi-thematic sociological reflections on a broad variety of themes, theoretical approaches and empirical methods in sport sociological research. The EJSS is open for articles about sport, physical education, recreation, the social body and movement cultures. In addition to sociological approaches, historical, socio-psychological, political and economic perspectives are appreciated as well.

European Journal of Clinical Nutrition (EJCN) is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing articles related to human and clinical nutrition. The scope of the journal includes publishing Original Articles, Invited Reviews, Systematic Reviews, Clinical Trials papers and Short Communications based on clinical, metabolic and epidemiological studies that describe methodologies, mechanisms, associations and benefits of nutritional interventions for clinical disease and health promotion. Editorials, Letters to the Editor, Response to Letter and Commentaries also feature in EJCN. EJCN also publishes Supplements to the main journal which feature papers from important international expert consultations and proceedings of relevant meetings and conferences.EJCN aims to cover all aspects of human and clinical nutrition: Clinical and whole body metabolic investigations; Epidemiological, social and behavioural studies in nutrition; Nutritional determinants of growth, development and health; Assessment and measurement of nutritional status and indicators, and their relation to function and health; Nutritional causes and effects of disease; Nutritional interventions in clinical practice and in population settings; Community nutrition and education; and Nutrition, population health and health promotion. European Journal of East Asian Studies is a multi-disciplinary journal dedicated to East Asia, one of the most varied, complex, and rapidly changing parts of the world. Published in Europe by European specialists, the journal is open to new ideas and findings from wherever they may come. We welcome the submission of manuscripts in social sciences such as political science, economics, sociology and cultural studies (including but not limited to business studies, development studies, international relations, political economy,...). Articles can address the wider East Asian region (China, Japan, Korean Peninsular, Japan, Mongolia), including Southeast Asia (ASEAN countries but not Oceania/South Pacific). They may also study inter-regional relations involving the Asian region (such as Asia-Europe relations for instance), or sub-regions (such as Southeast Asia for example) and individual East Asian countries. The journal covers both 20th and 21st centuries with a clear contemporary focus.

Whilst the journal is particularly interested in stimulating debate between varied theoretical approaches, it strongly encourages policy debates on topical issues that combine conceptual and empirical analyses. Within this broad framework the journal invites submissions in the following areas:
