The Journal of Cost Analysis and Parametrics is the official publication of the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association. It is a scholarly journal featuring peer-reviewed articles that provide the latest developments in cost estimating, cost analysis, and cost management. Its objective is to improve the theory and practice of cost estimating, analysis, management, and research results among cost-analysis educators and practitioners around the world.

The Journal seeks to publish research that is interesting, intellectually rigorous, and advances the body of knowledge of cost analysis and parametrics. Papers involving a variety of topics, settings, and research methods are solicited. Manuscripts related to a broad range of application areas for any sector of the economy including manufacturing, financial services, construction, retail, defense, and not-for-profit are desired. Environmental Technology Reviews  provides comprehensive, critical and timely reviews of important research in the field of applied environmental studies, including:

• atmospheric science and emissions technology;
• management of water in the municipal, industrial and natural environments;

Environmental Technology Reviews accepts papers in all of the areas above. The journal also has an annual Journal Focus Section, for which papers that examine a selected area are particularly encouraged. The 2016 Journal Focus Section is Circular Economy Developments.

Environmental Technology Reviews  is a forum to capture and analyse significant developments in the rapidly developing area of environmental science and engineering research.  The world today faces environmental challenges such as climate change, resource sustainability and pollution at a scale never seen before. This journal examines these issues for  an international readership with a relatively broad scientific base and we welcome contributions from scientists and engineers in industry, government and universities.

Environmental Technology Reviews publishes peer reviewed Brief Reviews (up to 5000 words) and Critical Reviews. The length of Critical Review papers is more flexible than for a Brief Review paper, but is usually in the range of up to 12,000 words. Brief Reviews are reviews on a well-defined, specific topic area covering approximately the last five years and the most interesting/significant developments in that area.

The journal originated from Environmental Technology , a forum for the rapid publication of technological manuscripts in the same field. Biomass and Bioenergy is an international journal publishing original research papers and short communications, review articles and case studies on biological resources, chemical and biological processes, and biomass products for new renewable sources of energy and materials.The scope of the journal extends to the environmental, management and economic aspects of biomass and bioenergy.Key areas covered by the journal:• Biomass: sources, energy crop production processes, genetic improvements, composition. Please note that research on these biomass subjects must be linked directly to bioenergy generation.• Biological Residues: residues/rests from agricultural production, forestry and plantations (palm, sugar etc), processing industries, and municipal sources (MSW). Papers on the use of biomass residues through innovative processes/technological novelty and/or consideration of feedstock/system sustainability (or unsustainability) are welcomed. Today, the discipline of Circuit Theory has extended far beyond its traditional boundaries, while the application of circuit theoretic ideas has made notable contributions to many diverse fields of science and engineering. The International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications is devoted to the publication of original work on both the theory and its applications. The essential feature of the material published is that the ideas or techniques of Circuit Theory should have played a prominent part in the solution or elucidation of the problem. The bringing together of papers describing advances in the theory and in the application of circuit theoretic concepts is intended to be of interest both in stimulating the wider use of such concepts and in posing new challenges for the circuit theorist. The Editorial Board which presides over the Journal is drawn from many countries in order to maintain contact with the subject area on the widest possible basis. The Board also plays an essential part in the refereeing of papers to the highest international standards. The scope of the Journal comprises all aspects of the theory and design of analog and digital circuits together with the application of the ideas and techniques of circuit theory in other fields of science and engineering. From time-to-time Special Issues of the Journal are published. These are devoted to some topic of current importance and are edited by invited Guest Editors. The International Journal of Critical Infrastructure Protection (IJCIP) was launched in 2008, with the primary aim of publishing scholarly papers of the highest quality in all areas of critical infrastructure protection. Chemical Biology is a novel interdisciplinary subject that is still evolving. Interpreting chemical biology as widely as possible, the 'Journal of Chemical Biology' (JOCB) will be open towards the whole spectrum of physical sciences research if it is applied to foster biomedical research. This will include innovative theoretical and experimental approaches and tools being applied to elucidate biological problems. Chemical Biology is not a synonym for Biological chemistry/Biochemistry, the latter being served by a plethora of life sciences journals, where well-established tools and techniques drawn from the physical sciences are employed to produce innovative biological research. The main acceptance criteria are therefore: the novelty/innovation in the physical sciences part of the presented interdisciplinary research and/or its application in biological research. Manuscripts are expected to convey their research in a fashion that allows both research communities to appreciate its significance and achievements. Thus, experts drawn from the life as well as the physical sciences background referee all manuscripts. The journal is keen to attract articles on novel innovations and discoveries in the physical sciences that can be applied in the cellular environment (in vivo). Important discoveries that have not yet reached the necessary proof for their biological relevance will be presented as short communications. Reviews and opinion papers as well as articles and short communications that present original multidisciplinary research with a clear applicability towards the life sciences are welcome. JOCB also invites to submit these research advances of interesting tools and technology developmentsthat are not yet applicable towards biological problems as 'notes'. The Journal of Industry, Competition and Trade publishes research on industry, competition and trade policy. It investigates the microeconomic foundation of industrial strategy, innovation, competition, and trade policy and it concentrates on the functioning of product markets (goods and services). Despite the growing interest in theoretical economic policy, the gap between theory and real life remains a wide one. Many new economic theories and models have been developed, few of them are screened for policy conclusion and most of them are not motivated to answer questions raised by real world problems, industrial strategies or policy issues. Game theoretical models have increased our understanding of the sources of and obstacles to innovation, of the working of markets and of strategic interactions. Models also explain how institutions, consumers and firms interact, how they shape their environment and how incentives influence behaviour. The missing link has been the failure to adequately confront these theoretical findings with empirical facts. The even larger gap between theory and its application in economic policy will be addressed by the Journal of Industry, Competition and Trade. It serves as a forum for dialogue between economists from academia and (national or international) policy circles, and between theory and practice. The journal focuses on two transmission processes: It promotes confronting theories with facts and will encourage facts to influence the model building. It focuses on policy conclusions from the applied theoretical research and will promote policy questions to be investigated by researchers. In addition to the Editorial Board, the journal has a Policy Board in which economists currently working in government, competition policy authorities, and international organizations (European Commission, OECD, WTO, Department of Justice, etc.) facilitate the transmission proces, s between academia and economic policy. The Journal of Industry, Competition and Trade publishes original material in the areas of trade, competition and industrial policy. Articles aim to build bridges between theory, empirical work and policy application. Theoretical articles without explicit empirical implications will not be accepted, nor will descriptions of institutions and policy measures, which do not relate to theoretical models. Each volume will contain four invited surveys and approximately ten submitted papers. Two of the invited surveys (thirty pages) will be written by academics, two by economists in institutions. The Journal of Marketing Channels is the first and only professional marketing journal to focus exclusively on distribution systems, strategy, and management. The journal recognizes the growing importance of distribution as a key strategic variable in marketing management. The Journal of Arts Management, Law, and Society has supplied answers to these kinds of questions for more than twenty-five years, becoming the authoritative resource for arts policymakers and analysts, sociologists, arts and cultural administrators, educators, trustees, artists, lawyers, and citizens concerned with the performing, visual, and media arts, as well as cultural affairs. Articles, commentaries, and reviews of publications address marketing, intellectual property, arts policy, arts law, governance, and cultural production and dissemination, always from a variety of philosophical, disciplinary, and national and international perspectives. The Journal of Arts Management, Law, and Society is an authoritative resource for the field of performing, visual, and media arts in particular and cultural affairs more generally. Articles, commentary, and book reviews address current and ongoing issues in arts policy, management, law, and governance from a range of philosophical and national perspectives. The journal seeks to increase communication and foster understanding among artists, public and private policymakers, cultural administrators, trustees, patrons, scholars, educators, and lawyers. Diverse disciplinary viewpoints are represented, encompassing aesthetics, economics, history, law, organizational management, political science, and sociology. A broad range of issues are addressed within the journal. Management topics might involve finance, labor relations, fundraising, marketing, or technological impacts; legal topics might include copyright, censorship, or trustee obligations; and cultural topics might involve education, historical preservation, or cultural diversity. The editors encourage writers to submit manuscripts or queries on subjects that fall within the scope outlined above to the managing editor. Articles should address a specific management or legal problem or need. They should be clear, well written, interesting, and free of jargon. Controversial topics are welcomed, but alternative viewpoints should be acknowledged and treated in a responsible manner. The length of an article depends on the subject. Communications Psychology is an open-access journal from Nature Portfolio publishing high-quality research, reviews and commentary. The scope of the journal includes all of the psychological sciences. We also consider submissions from adjacent research fields where the central advance of the study is of interest to psychologists, for example, meta-science in the domain of psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and behavioural economics. Communications Psychology aims to provide a community forum for issues of importance to all psychologists, regardless of the sub-discipline. 

Communications Psychology is committed to promoting open science, championing initiatives such as Registered Reports and transparent peer review. We encourage preregistration and preprint deposition, welcome replication studies and meta-analyses, and will work closely with the community to identify publishing innovations that serve the field. 

CR: The New Centennial Review is devoted to comparative studies of the Americas that suggest possibilities for a different future. Centennial Review is published three times a year under the editorship of Scott Michaelsen (Department of English, Michigan State University) and David E. Johnson (Department of Comparative Literature, SUNY at Buffalo). The journal recognizes that the language of the Americas is translation, and that questions of translation, dialogue, and border crossings (linguistic, cultural, national, and the like) are necessary for rethinking the foundations and limits of the Americas. Journal articles address philosophically inflected interventions, provocations, and insurgencies that question the existing configuration of the Americas, as well as global and theoretical work with implications for the hemisphere.
