Philosophia Mathematica is the only journal in the world devoted specifically to philosophy of mathematics. The journal publishes peer-reviewed new work in philosophy of mathematics, the application of mathematics, and computing. In addition to main articles, sometimes grouped on a single theme, there are shorter discussion notes, letters, and book reviews. The journal publishes three issues per year.

Psychological Test Adaptation and Development (PTAD) is the official open access journal of the European Association of Psychological Assessment. PTAD is the first open access, peer-reviewed journal publishing papers which present the adaptation of tests to specific (e.g., cultural) needs, test translations, or the development of existing measures. Moreover, the focus will be on the empirical testing of the psychometric quality of these measures. The journal will provide a paper template, and registered reports are strongly encouraged.

Scandinavian Journal of Trauma, Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine (SJTREM) encompasses all aspects of the epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of acute illnesses and trauma. SJTREM is the official journal of the Scandinavian Networking Group on Trauma and Emergency Management and is affiliated with 9 more societies involved in trauma, resuscitation, and emergency medicine in Scandinavia.

The South African Journal of Science (SAJS) is a premier scientific journal that aims to publish original work of importance across a variety of disciplines, including: Archaeology and Palaeontology, Astronomy, Chemistry, Ecology, Health Science, Humanities and Social Science, Mathematics, Physics, Technology and Computer Science. SAJS is particularly interested in publishing work that has a regional focus on Africa.

South Asian Journal of Business Studies is an international, multidisciplinary journal with a focus on South Asia and its role in the global context.

The Australian Journal of Anthropology (TAJA) publishes scholarly papers and book reviews in anthropology and related disciplines. Though wide ranging in its areas of interest, the journal especially welcomes theoretically focused analyses and ethnographic reports based on fieldwork carried out in Australia and neighbouring countries in the Pacific and Asian regions.

This journal is published under the auspices of the International Society for Neoplatonic Studies. The international editorial board is headed by Professor John Finamore of the University of Iowa. The Journal of Pathology aims to serve as a translational bridge between basic biomedical science and clinical medicine with particular emphasis on, but not restricted to, tissue based studies. The main interests of the Journal lie in publishing studies that further our understanding the pathophysiological and pathogenetic mechanisms of human disease.

One of the oldest regional political science journals in the United States Journal of Politics offers a blend of various styles of political science and maintains its representation of the broad scope of the discipline. Published for the Southern Political Science Association the Journal features balanced treatments in fields which include American politics political theory comparative and international politics.

The Journal of Speculative Philosophy publishes systematic and interpretive essays about basic philosophical questions. Scholars examine the constructive interaction between Continental and American philosophy, as well as novel developments in the ideas and theories of past philosophers that have relevance for contemporary thinkers. The ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization focuses on hardware, software, and system research spanning the fields of computer architecture and code optimization. Articles that appear in TACO present new techniques and concepts or report on experiences and experiments with actual systems. Insights useful to architects, hardware or software developers, designers, builders, and are emphasized.

Animal Genetics reports frontline research on immunogenetics, molecular genetics and functional genomics of economically important and domesticated animals.
