Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS) is a refereed journal that publishes the results of social science research and other types of articles that advance the understanding of business. JIBS' audience consists of scholars in universities and research institutes, as well as officials in private sector and public sector organizations. It is published jointly by the Academy of International Business, Copenhagen Business School (Copenhagen Denmark), and the McDonough School of Business (Georgetown University).

The Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection is currently an official bi-monthly publication of the Taiwan Society of Microbiology, the Chinese Society of Immunology, the Infectious Diseases Society of Taiwan and the Taiwan Societyof Parasitology. The Journal of Participatory Medicine is the official journal of the Society for Participatory Medicine. The journal's mission is to transform the culture of medicine by providing an evidence base for participatory health and medicine. It aims to advance both science and practice across a variety of participatory medicine areas of focus, including: patient and caregiver empowerment; patient-clinician partnership; use of technology to improve patients’ health and health care; participatory design and citizen science. Papers are published in six areas: research articles, editorials, narratives, case reports, reviews, and updates on related research in other media. It will explore how participation affects outcomes, resources, and relationships in healthcare; which interventions increase participation; and the types of evidence that provide the most reliable answers.

The Journal of the Optical Society of America B (JOSA B) is a general optics research journal that complements JOSA A. It emphasizes research on the fundamentals of the interaction of radiation with matter such as quantum optics, nonlinear optics, and laser physics. It includes such topical areas as atom optics and cold atoms, integrated and fiber optics, metamaterials, nanophotonics, photonic crystals, photorefractive optics and holography, physics of optical materials, spectroscopy, THz optics, ultrafast phenomena, and other related subjects.

Strain is an international journal that contains contributions from leading-edge research on the measurement of the mechanical behaviour of structures and systems. Strain updates engineers and scientists with new developments in measurement and current research activities. FEBS Journal is an international Journal devoted to the rapid publication of full-length papers covering a wide range of topics in any area of the molecular life sciences. The criteria for acceptance are originality and high quality research, which will provide novel perspectives in a specific area of research, and will be of interest to our broad readership. The Journal does not accept papers that describe the expression of specific genes and proteins or test the effect of a drug or reagent, without presenting any biological significance. REGULAR MANUSCRIPTS Regular manuscripts should present original hypothesis-driven research in one of the five subject areas covered by the journal (Biochemistry and Metabolism; Ecophysiology. Stress and Adaptation; Uptake. Transport and Assimilation; Development. Growth and Differentiation; Photobiology and Photosynthesis). The experiments described should address questions pertinent to the research topic and the outcomes should advance our understanding of the processes being studied. not simply repeat known results in a different species. MINIREVIEWS(Download guidelines in PDF format) Minireviews. which are subject to peer review. should cover the background of a topical research problem. emphasizing the state of the art and serving as a focal point for further research. They must be written concisely. with no more than 50 references and a maximum of 6 printed pages (one printed page of full text is equivalent to around 5600 characters. including spaces). Minireviews will be considered in all areas of experimental plant science and it is recommended that the Editor-in-Chief be contacted in advance to confirm the suitability of the chosen topic. TECHNICAL FOCUS The Technical Focus section is a forum for critical evaluations and syntheses of key technological approaches in plant physiology. including evaluations of limitations or pitfalls of techniques. The Editors invite contributions on topics of interest from recognized experts but also invite proposals from authors for Technical Focus manuscripts. The format is flexible to accommodate varying content.
