Cambridge Forum on AI: Culture and Society publishes research both about and produced with artificial intelligence (AI): research about the social and cultural implications of AI as well as studies employing AI to develop new methodologies for critical research. Its goal is to understand the social and cultural situatedness of AI, how AI is socially and culturally enacted, how AI influences wider social and cultural formations, and how this might change with different culturally sensitive manifestations of AI. The journal takes up a core challenge of our times: how to make sense of and intervene in our entanglement with the emerging regimes of smart machines in order to both harness their positive potentials and mitigate their harmful effects. Cambridge Forum on AI: Culture and Society will publish humanities and social science research on epistemologies, histories and practices of AI, casting light on how AI applications translate, undermine or advance the diversity of social and cultural values and lifeworlds. Responding to wider public and political debates, and encouraging critical inquiry with AI as well as about AI, the journal will foster new methodologies, critical capacities and computational practices. Importantly, while the journal employs the terms ‘artificial intelligence’ and ‘AI’ , it joins those concerned to probe critically how it is that these terms have come to be established and reproduced uncontroversially. The area of Behavioral Finance and the related area of Experimental Finance are now fully accepted as mainstream approaches within finance. Behavioral and experimental finance therefore represent lenses and approaches through which we can view financial decision-making. The aim of the journal is to publish high quality research in the fields of corporate finance, asset pricing, financial econometrics, international finance, personal financial decision making, macro-finance, banking and financial intermediation, capital markets, risk management and insurance, derivatives, quantitative finance, corporate governance and compensation, investments, market mechanisms, SME and microfinance and entrepreneurial finance, where such research is carried out with a behavioral perspective and/or is carried out via experimental methods.The journal aims to provide a single source for the latest research in these areas. It is open to but not limited to papers which cover investigations of biases, the role of various neurological markers in financial decision making, national and organizational culture as it impacts financial decision making, sentiment and asset pricing, the design and implementation of experiments to investigate financial decision making and trading, methodological experiments, and natural experiments. Although primarily empirical, it welcomes theoretical papers which cast light on behavioral and experimental topics. the journal is also open to review and survey papers on any aspect of the above, where such papers aim to provide an overview and synthesis of present research.

Learning Environments Research publishes original academic papers dealing with the study of learning environments, including theoretical reflections, reports of quantitative and qualitative research, critical and integrative literature reviews and meta-analyses, discussion of methodological issues, reports of the development and validation of assessment instruments, and reviews of books and evaluation instruments.

The scope of the journal deliberately is very broad in terms of both substance and methods. `Learning environment' refers to the social, physical, psychological and pedagogical contexts in which learning occurs and which affect student achievement and attitudes. The aim of the journal is to increase our understanding of pre-primary, primary, high school, college and university, and lifelong learning environments irrespective of subject area. Apart from classroom-level and school-level environments, special attention is given to the many out-of-school learning environments such as the home, science centres, and television, etc. The influence of the rapidly developing field of Information Technology with its whole new range of learning environments is an important aspect of the scope of the journal.

A wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for studying learning enviromnents, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, are strongly encouraged.

The journal has an affiliation with the American Educational Research Association's Special Interest Group on the Study of Learning Environments. However, having Regional Editors and an Editorial Board from around the world ensures that LER is a truly international journal.
