Journal of Sports Economics (JSE), peer-reviewed and published quarterly, publishes scholarly research in the field of sports economics. JSE is unique in that it is the only journal devoted specifically to this rapidly growing field. The aim of the journal is to further research in the area of sports economics by bringing together theoretical and empirical research in a single intellectual venue.

JMIR Formative Research (JFR) publishes peer-reviewed, openly accessible research papers containing results from process evaluations, feasibility/pilot studies and other kinds of formative research and preliminary results. While the original focus was on the design of medical- and health-related research and technology innovations, JFR publishes studies from all areas of medical and health research.

The Undergraduate Journal of Politics and International Relations (UJPIR) is an open access academic journal, which offers undergraduate students an opportunity to publish articles based on their original research. The journal publishes articles in the fields of Politics, International Relations, International Studies and European Studies.

The editorial board is strongly committed to research-based learning and founded this journal to give politics and IR students the opportunity to share their research and to take their first steps in academic publishing. Students will experience the process of re working their assessment submissions into journal articles for publication. The UJPIR policy expects dissertations or assessments to be re-worked (perhaps in accordance with any feedback received) to fit the journal scope and style.

The Journal of Risk Research is an international journal that publishes peer-reviewed theoretical and empirical research articles within the risk field from the areas of social, physical and health sciences and engineering, as well as articles related to decision making, regulation and policy issues in all disciplines. The Journal of Constructional Steel Research provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of the latest developments in structural steel research and their applications. It is aimed not only at researchers but also at those likely to be most affected by research results, i.e. designers and fabricators. Original papers of a high standard dealing with all aspects of steel research including theoretical and experimental research on elements, assemblages, connection and material properties are considered for publication.Those presenting research findings in a form suitable for practical use are especially welcome. Cancer Nexus is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal that publishes high-quality, innovative research in the field of cancer research from clinicians, biomedical scientists, and bioinformatics engineers around the world. The journal focuses on the cutting-edge diagnosis and treatment and mechanism research in the clinical, basic and translational directions of oncology, and focuses on the cross-application of artificial intelligence in cancer clinical and basic research, aiming to establish a bridge of communication between clinical, laboratory and artificial intelligence. The Journal of Home Language Research (JHLR) is an international double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal. JHLR publishes original research from any part of the world in all areas related to the study of home languages, including but not limited to applied linguistics, theoretical linguistics, psychology, sociology and education. We define home languages as any languages that are used in the family and/or community and are not the majority language(s) of the context.

The Journal of Social Studies Research (JSSR) is an internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal designed to foster the dissemination of ideas and research findings related to the social studies. JSSR is the official publication of The International Society for the Social Studies (ISSS). JSSR is published four times a year.

The Journal of Early Christian History aims to contribute to scholarship in early Christian and Byzantine studies by publishing high quality research articles, review articles and book reviews. The journal aspires to approach the field of early Christian and Byzantine studies from new perspectives, welcoming studies incorporating various methodologies, contextual trajectories and interdisciplinary research. The journal especially wishes to promote research in these fields within a South African and wider African context, but not neglecting the international scholarly community. It therefore publishes individually submitted articles, articles resulting from research projects and also conference proceedings. Articles and reviews from the following disciplines are covered by the scope of the journal: New Testament Studies; Patristics and Late Ancient Studies; Byzantine Studies. Although these disciplines form the crux of research covered by the journal, studies from other relevant fields such as the Old Testament and Septuagint, Classics and Religion would also be considered for publication.

The Journal of Investigative Medicine is the official journal of the American Federation for Medical Research (AFMR), an international multidisciplinary association of scientists engaged in all areas of biomedical investigation: patient-oriented, translational, and basic research. Published eight issues per year, the Journal is a major platform for physician-scientists, those with a clinical/translational focus, and those with a basic science focus. The Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research provides a forum for the exchange of information about new and significant research in viticulture, oenology and related fields, and aims to promote these disciplines throughout the world. The Journal publishes results from original research in all areas of viticulture and oenology. This includes issues relating to wine, table and drying grape production; grapevine and rootstock biology, genetics, diseases and improvement; viticultural practices; juice and wine production technologies; vine and wine microbiology; quality effects of processing, packaging and inputs; wine chemistry; sensory science and consumer preferences; and environmental impacts of grape and wine production. Research related to other fermented or distilled beverages may also be considered. In addition to full-length research papers and review articles, short research or technical papers presenting new and highly topical information derived from a complete study (i.e. not preliminary data) may also be published. The mission of the Journal is to facilitate dissemination of programs that use community partnerships to improve public health, to promote progress in the methods of research and education involving community health partnerships, and to stimulate action that will improve the health of people in communities. Communities, as defined by the Journal, may be based on geography, shared interests, or social networks. The Journal is dedicated to supporting the work of community health partnerships that involve ongoing collaboration between community representatives and academic or governmental partners. This area of research and evaluation may be referred to as community-based participatory research (CBPR). The W. K. Kellogg Foundation defines CBPR as a collaborative approach to research that equitably involves all partners in the research process and recognizes the unique strengths that each brings. CBPR begins with a research topic of importance to the community and has the aim of combining knowledge with action and achieving social change to improve health outcomes and eliminate health disparities.

The Journal of Educational Research is a well-known and respected periodical that reaches an international audience of educators and others concerned with cutting-edge theories and proposals. For more than 100 years, the journal has contributed to the advancement of educational practice in elementary and secondary schools by judicious study of the latest trends, examination of new procedures, evaluation of traditional practices, and replication of previous research for validation.
