Theory and Decision is devoted to all aspects of decision-making, exploring research in psychology, management science, economics, the theory of games, statistics, operations research, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and analytical philosophy. Moreover, it addresses cross-fertilization among these disciplines. This journal draws special attention to experimentation in decision-making and its links to the cognitive sciences. In an effort to distribute its content to the widest audience possible, CMGH is an open access, all-digital journal. We will maximize our digital platform by including graphical abstracts, animated illustrations, large data sets, and video microscopy, endoscopy, and whole animal imaging approaches. Initially, CMGH will be a bi-monthly publication, moving to a monthly publication in its second year. CMGH will debut its first issue in January 2015. Our editors will rapidly and fairly review submissions with the assistance of an expert editorial board and external reviews. Following rigorous peer review, accepted manuscripts will be published online within days of the final decision.

Climate and Development is the first academic journal dedicated to the range of issues that arise when climate variability, climate change and climate policy are considered along with development needs, impacts and priorities. It makes complex analysis of climate and development issues accessible to a wide audience of researchers, policymakers and practitioners, and facilitates debate between the diverse constituencies active in these fields throughout the world. The journal provides a forum to communicate research, review and discussion on the interfaces between climate, development, policy and practice. It presents conceptual, policy-analytical and empirical studies of the interactions between climate impacts, mitigation, adaptation and development on scales from the local to global. Contemporary Theatre Review is an international peer-reviewed journal that engages with the crucial issues and innovations in theatre today. Encompassing a wide variety of theatre forms, from new playwrights and devisors to theatres of movement, image and other forms of physical expression, from new acting methods to music theatre, live art and multi-media production work, the journal encourages contributions on physical theatre, opera, dance, design and the increasingly blurred boundaries between the physical and the visual arts. We aim to publish essays that face the challenge of finding innovative critical approaches to match artistic experimentation, and to encourage scholarly work that transcends established categories of academic practice. This may involve a focus on productions that bring together different artistic traditions, or a consideration of how theatre engages with social and political realities, or an engagement with the format of the academic essay in a bid to reflect the performance being analysed. The journal examines trends in contemporary theatre and performance, and seeks to explore how theatrical vocabularies are shifting to accommodate and reflect global and local cultures. As well as research articles, the journal publishes book reviews, and makes space for production notes, designs, manifestos and interviews by emergent and established theatre-makers, which are collected in a Documents section. Modern computer networks and communication systems are increasing in size, scope, and heterogeneity. The promise of a single end-to-end technology has not been realized and likely never will occur. The decreasing cost of bandwidth is increasing the possible applications of computer networks and communication systems to entirely new domains. Problems in integrating heterogeneous wired and wireless technologies, ensuring security and quality of service, and reliably operating large-scale systems including the inclusion of cloud computing have all emerged as important topics. The one constant is the need for network management. Challenges in network management have never been greater than they are today. The International Journal of Network Management is the forum for researchers, developers, and practitioners in network management to present their work to an international audience. The journal is dedicated to the dissemination of information, which will enable improved management, operation, and maintenance of computer networks and communication systems. The journal is peer reviewed and publishes original papers (both theoretical and experimental) by leading researchers, practitioners, and consultants from universities, research laboratories, and companies around the world.
