The International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management publishes research in productivity science and performance management or measurement to improve individual, group, organizational and network performance.

Productivity and quality are integral components of organisations' operational strategies. Productivity plays an important role at both macro and micro levels. At micro-level, firms use productivity as a performance measure to benchmark against best-in-class companies to identify best practices. Quality management has become an important part of management culture, particularly in new enterprises characterised by supply chain, e-commerce and virtual enterprise environments. IJPQM addresses strategies, techniques and tools for productivity and quality management and improvement in manufacturing and service organisations.

The International Journal of Project Management offers wide ranging and comprehensive coverage of all facets of project management. Published eight times per year, it provides a focus for worldwide expertise in the required techniques, practices and areas of research; presents a forum for its readers to share common experiences across the full range of industries and technologies in which project management is used; covers all areas of project management from systems to human aspects; links theory with practice by publishing case studies and covering the latest important issues.Application areas include: information systems, strategic planning, research and development, system design and implementation, engineering and construction projects, finance, leisure projects, communications, defence, agricultural projects, major re-structuring and new product development. Traditionally, project management has been neglected by business schools and by default it has become the preserve of more specialised professional faculties such as engineering and architecture. By taking a broader organisational perspective and by covering a wider range of industries and professions, IJPOM will appeal to a wider readership which includes not only those with an interest in mainstream management topics but also practitioners engaged in an unlimited variety of projects.

XXIX International Congress of Psychology 2008: Abstracts Special Issue availableThe International Journal of Psychology (IJP) is the journal of the International Union of Psychological Science (IUPsyS) and is published under the auspices of the Union. IJP seeks to support the IUPsyS in fostering the development of international psychological science. It aims to strengthen the dialog within psychology around the world and to facilitate communication among different areas of psychology and among psychologists from different cultural backgrounds. IJP is the outlet for empirical basic and applied studies and for reviews that either (a) incorporate perspectives from different areas or domains within psychology or across different disciplines, (b) test the culture-dependent validity of psychological theories, or (c) integrate literature from different regions in the world. IJP does not publish technical articles, validations of questionnaires and tests, or clinical case studies. Regular issues include two types of articles: empirical articles and review articles. Empirical articles report data from single or multiple studies in one of the major fields of scientific psychology. Review articles provide overviews of the international literature on a particular topic; authors are especially encouraged to include in their review relevant publications from regions of the world not typically cited and/or not published in English. Special topical issues or sections are also published two or three times a year. All articles include a detailed abstract in English, French and Spanish. Peer Review Integrity All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editorscreening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees.The International Platform for PsychologistsAssociate Editors: M. Ritchie (Canada)Many of IJP's issues include a second section, the International Platform for Psychologists, which provides an opportunity to exchange news and opinions on psychology as an academic and applied profession. Finally it offers an opportunity to express opinions and to discuss internationally significant psychological issues.
