Upsala Journal of Medical Sciences is published for the Upsala Medical Society. It has been published since 1865 and is one of the oldest medical journals in Sweden.The journal publishes clinical and experimental original works in the medical field. Contributions from outside Sweden are also welcomed. Urban Geography publishes original papers on problem-oriented current research by geographers and other social scientists on urban policy; race, poverty, and ethnicity in the city; international differences in urban form and function; historical preservation; the urban housing market; and provision of services and urban economic activity. Included in most issues are review papers and special features (published since 1980).

The Urban Water Journal provides a forum for the research and professional communities dealing with water systems in the urban environment, directly contributing to the discussion on sustainable development. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of interrelationships and interactions between the individual water systems, urban water bodies (including groundwater) and the environment. The Journal encourages the adoption of an integrated approach to solve the numerous problems associated with sustainable urban water management.The Urban Water Journal focuses on the water-related infrastructure in the city; namely potable water supply and distribution, sewerage and storm drainage. Specific topics include: network management, operation and rehabilitation; demand management and levels of service, water recycling and source control at multiple scales, as well as potable and wastewater treatment systems, where they relate to and interact with their respective networks. Papers discussing issues related to the monitoring, utilisation and management of urban groundwater are encouraged, as are papers concerned with water-sensitive planning and design (including analysis of interactions of the urban water cycle with city planning and landscaping), decision-making and informatics support, operational and asset management and associated economics. Aims & Scope: Vascularized Composite Allotransplantation is an emerging new era in transplant medicine and has become a viable reconstructive option for patients with extensive tissue defects and severe dysfunctions. Advances in microsurgical techniques, transplant immunology and the development of novel immunosuppressive agents have enabled the realization of such novel transplants. Over the past decade, a rapidly growing number of face and upper extremity transplantations have been performed worldwide with highly encouraging outcomes.

VCA is the first multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, international journal to exclusively focus on this new discipline. The content of this journal is directed towards both basic scientists and clinicians, with the aim of delivering the most complete and reliable source of information on current developments and advances in this novel field of transplantation. Veterinary Quarterly is an international journal publishing review articles and research in the field of animal diseases (including the pathophysiology of a specific disease). Single case reports or short communications describing a newly recognized disease or important variation of a well-recognized disease are welcome.

Victims & Offenders is a peer-reviewed journal that provides an interdisciplinary and international forum for the dissemination of new research, policies, and practices related to both victimization and offending throughout the life course.
