Biotechnology Reports covers all aspects of Biotechnology particularly those reports that are useful and informative and that will be of value to other researchers in related fields. Biotechnology Reports loves ground breaking science, but will also accept good science that can be of use to the biotechnology community. The journal maintains a high quality peer review where submissions are considered on the basis of scientific validity and technical quality.

Biotechnology and Applied Biochemistry has been published continuously since its creation in 1986 (previous to that date it was called the Journal of Applied Biochemistry and was published from 1979 to 1985). Today it enjoys a superb track record, attracting distinguished authors from academia and industry from all over the world, reflecting its international status. Biotechnology and Applied Biochemistry is now published bi-monthly by Wiley-Blackwell, confirming the journal's dedication to change and commitment to rapid publication of high-quality, cutting-edge research at the interface between life sciences and their translation. It publishes new concepts in technology/methodology of relevance to the biological, biomedical, agricultural and environmental sciences. Promising advances in life sciences are leading to the identification of the molecular sources of disease and the creation of new generation of medicines for diseases for which there are currently either no therapies or inadequate treatments. Therapeutic proteins and antibodies are already having a significant impact in treatment of disease. Therapeutic genes and viruses promise to have an even bigger impact on human healthcare. BGER is a well established hardcover annual reviews series from the National Centre for Macromolecular Hydrodynamics and published by Nottingham University Press. It benefits from the longstanding relationship of the NCMH with the Biotechnology Industry. Each volume contains approximately 13-17 original, major invited review articles covering important developments in industrial, agricultural and medical applications of Biotechnology (widest sense). BIOTROPIA, the Southeast Asian Journal of Tropical Biology is a scientific publication of SEAMEO BIOTROP. Brain Stimulation aims to be the premier journal for publication of original research in the field of neuromodulation. The journal includes: a) Original articles (up to 5,000 words); b) Brief reports (up to 2,000 words); c) Invited and original reviews; d) Technology and methodological perspectives (reviews of new devices, description of new methods, etc.); and e) Letters to the Editor. Special issues of the journal will be considered based on scientific merit.The scope of Brain Stimulation extends across the entire field of brain stimulation, including noninvasive and invasive techniques and technologies that alter brain function through the use of electrical, magnetic, radiowave, or focally targeted pharmacologic stimulation. This includes investigations that study the effects of brain stimulation on basic processes, such as gene expression and other aspects of molecular biology, neurochemical regulation, functional brain activity, sensorimotor function, and cognitive and affective processes at the systems level.The journal seeks the highest level of research on the biophysics and biopsychophysics of stimulation paradigms as well as the use of these techniques as a probe to outline patterns of neural connectivity.
