Expert Review of Molecular Diagnostics publishes expert reviews of the latest advancements in the field of molecular diagnostics including the detection and monitoring of the molecular causes of disease that are being translated into groundbreaking diagnostic technologies to be used in the clinical diagnostic setting. Each issue of Expert Review of Molecular Diagnostics contains leading reviews on current and emerging topics relating to molecular diagnostics, subject to a rigorous peer review process; cutting-edge editorials discussing contentious issues in the field; diagnostic profiles featuring independent, expert evaluations of diagnostic tests; meeting reports of recent molecular diagnostics conferences and key paper evaluations reviewing significant, recently published articles carefully selected and assessed by specialists in molecular diagnostic therapy.
Expert Review of Proteomics (ISSN 1478-9450) seeks to collect together technologies, methods and discoveries from the field of proteomics to advance scientific understanding of the many varied roles protein expression plays in human health and disease. The journal adopts the unique Expert Review article format, offering a complete overview of current thinking in a key technology area, research or clinical practice, augmented by the following sections:Expert commentary - a personal commentary on the most effective or promising strategiesFive-year view - a clear perspective of future prospects within a realistic timescaleKey issues - an executive summary cutting to the author's most critical points.
FEBS Letters is one of the world's leading journals in biochemistry and is renowned both for its quality of content and speed of production. Bringing together the most important developments in the molecular biosciences, FEBS Letters provides an international forum for Minireviews, hypotheses and research letters that merit urgent publication.FEBS Letters offers:• Faster publication: - Accepted articles are published online in 3 days - The print version of the article is published in 3 to 5 weeks after acceptance• Full-text article disclosure in HTML and PDF formats• Articles in Press are included in PubMed• Easy online manuscript submission system• Transparent online peer review and manuscript tracking system• No page charges• Free color figuresSubject Coverage:The subject area of FEBS Letters is broad. It covers biochemistry (including protein chemistry, enzymology, nucleic acid chemistry, metabolism, and immunochemistry), structural biology, biophysics, computational biology (genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics), molecular genetics, molecular biology and molecular cell biology (signal transduction, intracellular traffic, regulation of cellular proliferation, cell-cell interactions) and systems biology. Studies on microbes, plants and animals at the molecular level are within the scope of FEBS Letters.Submitting Authors:Manuscripts can be submitted to FEBS Letters at: http://ees.elsevier.com/febsletters/
FEMS Microbiology Letters aims to publish articles that merit urgent publication by virtue of their originality. MiniReviews cover all aspects of microbiology.
G3: Genes, Genomes, Genetics provides a forum for the publication of high-quality foundational research, particularly research that generates datasets such as genome maps, single gene studies, genome-wide association and QTL studies, as well as mutant screens and advances in methods and technology. The Editorial Board of G3 believes that rapid dissemination of these data is the necessary foundation for analysis that leads to mechanistic insights.
Gene Expression Patterns is devoted to the rapid publication of high quality studies of gene expression during development. These studies can be the in situ expression patterns of important or interesting genes, or the temporal expression of large gene sets during development. Studies of gene expression in cell culture are also suitable if they have clear developmental relevance; for example, analysis of key regulatory genes or of gene sets in the maintenance or differentiation of stem cells. There is no specific length limitation for the papers provided that the results are reported succinctly.
Gene Therapy covers both the research and clinical applications of the new genetic therapy techniques currently being developed. Over the last decade, gene therapy protocols have entered clinical trials in increasing numbers and as they cover a wide spectrum of diseases, these studies promise to unite the diverse organ-based specialities into which modern medicine has become divided. Gene Therapy covers all aspects of gene therapy as applied to human disease, including: * novel technological developments for gene transfer, control and silencing * basic science studies of mechanisms of gene transfer and control of expression * preclinical animal model systems and validation studies * clinical trial reports which have significant impact for the field * gene-based vaccine development and applications * cell-based therapies including all aspects of stem cells and genetically modified cellular approaches.

Genes & Genomics is an official journal of the Korean Genetics Society (http://kgenetics.or.kr/). Although it is an official publication of the Genetics Society of Korea, membership of the Society is not required for contributors. It is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing print (ISSN 1976-9571) and online version (E-ISSN 2092-9293). It covers all disciplines of genetics and genomics from prokaryotes to eukaryotes from fundamental heredity to molecular aspects. The articles can be reviews, research articles, and short communications.
The journal does not exclude the topics of plant biology, development biology, immunology, cancer, and disease biology if the experiment and subsequent analyses are viewed as genetics and genomics. Genes & Genomics will publish only electronic version of articles from 2014. All contents are available in web (http://link.springer.com/journal/13258).Â
