JDR is an interdisciplinary journal, emphasising human aspects as a central issue of design through integrative studies of social sciences and design disciplines. Originally published as an electronic journal publishing articles including multimedia applications and hence allowing visual knowledge transfer, it is now also available in print.

Journal of Dynamical and Control Systems examines the entire spectrum of issues related to dynamical systems, focusing on the theory of smooth dynamical systems with analyses of measure-theoretical, topological, and bifurcational aspects. It covers all essential branches of the theory--local, semilocal, and global--including the theory of foliations. The journal also features in-depth papers devoted to control systems research that spotlight the geometric control theory, which unifies Lie-algebraic and differential-geometric methods of investigation in control and optimization, and ultimately relates to the general theory of dynamical systems. The Journal of Earthquake Engineering is a publication of peer-reviewed papers on research and development in analytical, experimental and field studies of earthquakes from an engineering seismology as well as a structural engineering viewpoint. The Journal combines the three most important ingredients for a successful technical publication; the highest possible technical quality, speed of publication and competitive subscription rates. The journal draws on research and development work from engineering communities worldwide in the fields of earthquake engineering and engineering seismology. Work on experimental, analytical, design, and field studies will be considered for publication. The main purpose of the Journal of Elasticity is to report original and significant discoveries in elasticity, in the form of full research papers, research notes and well-documented historical essays. Materials which will prove effective in teaching appear as classroom notes. The journal provides a forum for original contributions in the physical and mathematical science of solids and in the broader areas of mechanics, mechanics of materials, and engineering sciences that have a bearing on developments in elasticity.
