International Journal of Management Science and Engineering Management (IJMSEM) is a peer-reviewed quarterly journal that provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners of management science and engineering management. The journal focuses on identifying problems in the field, and using innovative management theories and new management methods to provide solutions.
IJMSEM is committed to providing a platform for researchers and practitioners of management science and engineering management to share experiences and communicate ideas. Articles published in IJMSEM contain fresh information and approaches. They provide key information that will contribute to new scientific inquiries and improve competency, efficiency, and productivity in the field.
IJMSEM focuses on the following:
1. identifying Management Science problems in engineering;
2. using management theory and methods to solve above problems innovatively and effectively;
3. developing new management theory and method to the newly emerged management issues in engineering;
IJMSEM prefers papers with practical background, clear problem description, understandable physical and mathematical model, physical model with practical significance and theoretical framework, operable algorithm and successful practical applications. IJMSEM also takes into account management papers of original contributions in one or several aspects of these elements.
The Journal covers a wide range of areas and welcomes manuscripts on:

The work of publishing houses like Freund Publishing house ltd, an Israel publishing house, is quite complicated. The editor chooses from the "manuscripts" submitted to the publishing house, previously published works, works published in other languages, or command works, works that fit the editorial line of its collections. After any corrections, it shall communicate the text to a printer in suitable technical characteristics of the book and the number of copies to print.The editor takes the bulk of the financial risks of publishing. The profits go mainly to the broadcaster and distributor of books, which are responsible, to canvass the booksellers and take their orders as well as routing the books to bookstores, to fill orders taken. These operations cost the publisher between 50 and 60% of turnover generated by the book. The rest of sales goes to the author (about 10% share of this figure much lower, around 6% for comic books, and can reach 20% or more for best sellers) and the publisher, who can pay, in addition to its employees (editorial assistants, press officers, charged with manufacture, designer, etc..), the entire work of the book (printers, proofreaders, freelance photographers, possibly librarians, etc.. ). The publisher who coordinates the course of the "book chain" and, often, which also establishes the financial plan incorporating the expected costs and expected gains, as in any business.
The focus of the Journal of Cognitive Engineering and Decision Making (JCEDM), is on research that seeks to understand how people engage in cognitive work in real-world settings and the development of systems that support that work.
JDR is an interdisciplinary journal, emphasising human aspects as a central issue of design through integrative studies of social sciences and design disciplines. Originally published as an electronic journal publishing articles including multimedia applications and hence allowing visual knowledge transfer, it is now also available in print.
Journal of Russian Laser Research is based on the best Russian research in the field of lasers. It is based on research selected for its timeliness and importance to this rapidly growing field. Research carried out under the auspices of the prestigious P. N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences will form the core of this journal. Coverage includes carefully selected current research in traditional areas such as laser physics; nonlinear optics; laser-stimulated chemistry; laser applications; laser spectroscopy; laser interactions with matter and plasma; laser pumping; properties of laser beams; and solid-state, gas, liquid, chemical, and semiconductor lasers, as well as in new areas such as quantum optics and quantum information processing. All articles are peer-reviewed. More information is available at the editors' website via the following link:http://sites.lebedev.ru/JRLR/show.php?page_id=0
Kybernetes is an important forum for the exchange of knowledge and information among all those who are interested in cybernetics and systems thinking.
Leonardo, founded in 1968, has become an international channel of communication for artists who use science and developing technologies in their work. With emphasis on the artists' writings, Leonardo is the leading international journal for readers interested in the application of contemporary science and technology in their work. The companion annual journal, Leonardo Music Journal (LMJ) features the latest in music, multimedia art, sound science and technology.
Leonardo Music Journal (LMJ) is the annual companion journal to Leonardo. LMJ is devoted to aesthetic and technical issues in contemporary music and the sonic arts. Each thematic issue features artists and writers from around the world, representing a wide range of stylistic viewpoints. Recent issues have covered improvisation, musical communities, live performance in the digital age, and the politics of sound art. Each volume includes the latest offering from the LMJ audio series—an exciting sampling of works chosen by a guest curator and accompanied by notes from the composers and performers. Institutional subscribers to Leonardo receive LMJ as part of a yearly subscription. Individuals may subscribe to LMJ alone or as part of their subscription to Leonardo.
LMJ is a peer-reviewed journal.
Materials Advances is an international, gold open access journal, publishing high-quality research across the breadth of materials science. The journal accepts experimental or theoretical studies that report new understanding, applications, properties and synthesis of materials, building on and complementing the materials content already published across the Royal Society of Chemistry journal portfolio. Submissions are handled by our high profile associate editors, all of whom also look after submissions to Journal of Materials Chemistry A, B & C. The Materials Advances publishing experience comes with the reputation, standards, commitment and expertise you would expect from an RSC journal, plus the visibility boost that comes from being open access and part of the Journal of Materials Chemistry family.
Subject coverageWith 12 issues per year, Measurement Science and Technology publishes articles on new measurement techniques and associated instrumentation. Papers submitted to MST that describe experiments must represent an advance in measurement science or measurement technique rather than the application of established experimental technique. Authors must make this novel aspect clear, bearing in mind the multidisciplinary readership of the journal. Subject coverage includes the theory, practice and application of measurement in physics, chemistry, engineering and the environmental and life sciences from inception to commercial exploitation.Publications in the journal should emphasise the novelty of reported methods and give possible applications.
