Progress in Pediatric Cardiology is an international, peer-reviewed journal of high quality scientific research, reviews, and experienced opinion important to the understanding, management and improvement of all aspects of cardiovascular diseases in children - including but not limited to prevention, treatment, outcomes, quality improvement, patient safety, nursing, medical education, epidemiology, adult congenital heart disease, genetics, and family advocacy.

The journal is now accepting original research observations, brief research reports, reviews, and letters to the Editor.
In addition, some issues and sections of the journal will continue to be prepared in collaboration with one or more Guest Editors. These special issues will focus on a single subject, allowing for comprehensive presentations of complex, multifaceted or rapidly changing topics of clinical and investigative interest.

Resuscitation is a monthly international and interdisciplinary medical journal. The papers published deal with the aetiology, pathophysiology and prevention of cardiac arrest, resuscitation training, clinical resuscitation, and experimental resuscitation research, although papers relating to animal studies will be published only if they are of exceptional interest and related directly to clinical cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Papers relating to trauma are published occasionally but the majority of these concern traumatic cardiac arrest.Recognised by the European Resuscitation Council as its official Journal.Special features of Resuscitation:The only journal that is focused entirely on cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The journal content will be of interest to healthcare professionals working in critical care, emergency medicine, acute medicine, anaesthesia, cardiology, paediatrics, and neonatology.A subscription to Resuscitation is included in the annual membership fees of the European Resuscitation Council. Trata-se duma revista mensal de elevada qualidade científica e gráfica, publicada em português e em inglês desde 1999 o que permitiu a sua larga projecção no estrangeiro. É distribuída a todos os sócios da Sociedade Portuguesa de Cardiologia, da Sociedade de Medicina Interna, da Sociedade de Portuguesa de Pneumologia e da Sociedade de Cirurgia Cardiotorácica, bem como a cardiologistas estrangeiros de renome internacional e a quase todas as sociedades congéneres do mundo. É referenciada desde 1987 na Medline e posteriormente no Índex Copernicius.

The Portuguese Journal of Cardiology, the official journal of the Portuguese Society of Cardiology, was founded in 1982 with the aim of keeping Portuguese cardiologists informed through the publication of scientific articles on areas such as arrhythmology and electrophysiology, cardiovascular surgery, intensive care, coronary artery disease, cardiovascular imaging, hypertension, heart failure and cardiovascular prevention. The Journal is a monthly publication with high standards of quality in terms of scientific content and production. Since 1999 it has been published in English as well as Portuguese, which has widened its readership abroad. It is distributed to all members of the Portuguese Societies of Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Pneumology and Cardiothoracic Surgery, as well as to leading non-Portuguese cardiologists and to virtually all cardiology societies worldwide. It has been referred in Medline since 1987.
