Porn Studies is the first dedicated, international, peer-reviewed journal to critically explore those cultural products and services designated as pornographic and their cultural, economic, historical, institutional, legal and social contexts. Porn Studies will publish innovative work examining specifically sexual and explicit media forms, their connections to wider media landscapes and their links to the broader spheres of (sex) work across historical periods and national contexts.

Psychology & Sexuality is an important new international journal which publishes high-quality quantitative and qualitative psychological research on sexualities. The journal aims to advance knowledge and understanding of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, heterosexual and queer issues in psychology and allied disciplines. Psychology & Sexuality is progressive and radical with regard to current debates in critical psychology, while also drawing from work traditionally seen as outside the remit of psychology to inform debate. The content is predominantly empirical and theoretical papers from both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, but review articles and essays are welcome, along with book reviews. Special features and issues are welcome along with papers that address user engagement and activism. Occasional interview pieces are included along with historical articles on key figures in the field. Topics covered include (though note this list is not exclusive): sexual identities and practices, relationships, families, LGBTQ studies, queer theory, counselling/psychotherapy with sexual minority clients, attitudes, prejudice and discrimination, health, violence, intergroup relations, the intersection of sexualities and other important demographic characteristics/lines of power (e.g. gender, class, disability, race/ethnicity, age, religion). Submissions addressing these topics and others from a variety of approaches and methodologies - qualitative and quantitative - are most welcome. To this end, controversial papers will be acceptable, subject to the usual peer-review criteria, and debate within the journal - replies and rebuttals - are encouraged. A broad position will be taken with respect to the scope of psychological work that will be acceptable. Work outside and on the boundaries of the discipline will be acceptable provided it addresses contemporary issues in research and writing on sexualities. Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary work is actively encouraged. Work which treats sexualities, of any kind, as pathology in need of treatment and cure will not be acceptable, as will work which does not directly address issues in contemporary human sexualities research. Psychology of Men & Masculinity® is devoted to the dissemination of research, theory, and clinical scholarship that advances the psychology of men and masculinity. This discipline is defined broadly as the study of how boys' and men's psychology is influenced and shaped by both gender and sex, and encompasses the study of the social construction of gender, sex differences and similarities, and biological processes. We are interested in work that arises from applied specialties (clinical, counseling, school, and I/O psychology), foundational areas (social, developmental, cognition, emotion, and biopsychology), and integrative fields (neuroscience, behavioral medicine, and behavioral neuroendocrinology). We welcome research using diverse methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Scholarship advancing our understanding of men's psychology across the life span; across racial, ethnic, sexual orientation and gender identity groups; across national boundaries; and across historical time is welcome.

Sex Roles: A Journal of Research is an interdisciplinary behavioral science journal offering a feminist perspective. It publishes original research reports and review articles that illuminate the underlying processes and consequences of gender role socialization, gendered perceptions and behaviors, and gender stereotypes. The range of topics is broad, extending to gender issues in employment and work environments; interpersonal relationships; sexual orientation and identity; body image; violence against women, or intimate partners; gender role socialization; the influences of media, schools, peers and community on stereotypes; the acquisition, maintenance, and impact of stereotypes; the cultural, economic, legal and political effects of contemporary social change; or methodological issues in gender research. Sexualities (SEX) is a bimonthly journal, edited by Ken Plummer, now indexed in ISI - Impact Factor pending. It covers a vast array of interdisciplinary topics including the stratification of sexualities by class, race, gender and age and Queer theory and lesbian and gay studies. Sexuality Research and Social Policy is an international forum for the publication of original peer-reviewed state-of-the-art empirical research on sexuality, theoretical and methodological discussions, and the implications of this evidence for policies across the globe regarding sexual health, sexuality education, and sexual rights in diverse communities. This multidisciplinary journal also publishes brief research and conference reports; white papers; book, film, and other reviews; together with guest editorials and commentaries. Sexuality & Culture is an international interdisciplinary forum for analysis of ethical, cultural, psychological, social, and political issues related to sexual relationships and sexual behavior. Expanded Routledge Psychoanalysis Coverage in PEPBeginning in the final two decades of the 20th century, the study of gender and sexuality has been revived from a variety of directions: the traditions of feminist scholarship, postclassical and postmodern psychoanalytic theory, developmental research, and cultural studies have all contributed to renewed fascination with those powerfully formative aspects of subjectivity that fall within the rubric of "gender" and "sexuality." Clinicians, for their part, have returned to gender and sexuality with heightened sensitivity to the role of these constructs in the treatment situation, including the richly variegated ways in which assumptions about gender and sexuality enter into our understandings of "normality" and "pathology." Studies in Gender and Sexuality is a response to the excitement attendant to recent research and writing by scholars and clinicians alike. It provides a forum for examining gender and sexuality that is both multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary; in this way it seeks to broaden the purview8212;theoretical, clinical, and cultural8212;of all its readers and to promote constructive exchanges among them.
