BMC Neurology is an open access journal publishing original peer-reviewed research articles in all aspects of the prevention, diagnosis and management of neurological disorders, as well as related molecular genetics, pathophysiology, and epidemiology.

The South Asian Journal of Marketing is an international, open access, peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on all topics related to Marketing with a particular emphasis on the South Asia region. The journal is published by Emerald and managed by the Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka on behalf of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.

Corrections: Policy, Practice, and Research is a peer-reviewed journal with a broad correctional focus encompassing a wide range of relevant topics and innovative approaches from new theoretical perspectives and research findings to their implications for improving policy and practice. Both national and international in scope, the journal addresses these issues and challenges as they relate to sentencing, prisons, jails, and community corrections. A wide range of topics are considered and include, but are not limited to: prisons, jails, probation and parole, inmate/client and staff experiences, reentry transition, sentencing policies and practices, the death penalty, comparative corrections, correctional treatment, decarceration, educational and vocational programming, and privatization. Preference is given to articles with defined methodologies and rigorous analyses. All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by two anonymous referees.

The IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing (T-SUSC) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing high-quality papers that explore the different aspects of sustainable computing, over a wide range of problem domains and technologies from software and hardware designs to applications. Sustainability includes energy efficiency, natural resources preservation, and use of multiple energy sources as needed in computing devices and infrastructure.

Solutions for these problems call upon a wide range of algorithmic and computational frameworks, such as optimization, machine learning, decision support systems, meta-heuristics, and game-theory. Contributions to T-SUSC must address sustainability problems in computing and information processing environments and technologies, and at different levels of the computational process.

Acta Oto-Laryngologica Case Reports is a new and independent peer reviewed open access journal, derived from Acta Oto-Laryngologica. The new journal will serve as an international forum for case reports from all fields of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. Acta Oto-Laryngologica Case Reports will include case reports reflecting remarkable experiences with one or more patients with unexpected symptoms or clinical course. The objective of the case reports is to shed light on unconventional clinical situations that could benefit future patients. The journal has short publication times in order to bring this to the scientific community without delay.

The Canadian Journal of Soil Science is an international peer-reviewed journal published in cooperation with the Canadian Society of Soil Science. The journal publishes original research on the use, management, structure and development of soils and draws from the disciplines of soil science, agrometeorology, ecology, agricultural engineering, environmental science, hydrology, forestry, geology, geography and climatology.

The journal European Food Research and Technology publishes state-of-the-art research papers and review articles on fundamental and applied food research. The journal's mission is the fast publication of high quality papers on front-line research, new and novel techniques and developing trends in such disciplines as chemistry and biochemistry; technology and molecular biotechnology; nutritional chemistry and toxicology; analytical and sensory methodologies and food physics. Review articles will also be considered for publication. In addition, we will print Target Articles for discussion, to which readers are invited to respond in the next issue of the journal.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double- blind and submission is made via e-mail to the Editor.
