Neuroradiology
The journal Neuroradiology publishes papers on neuroradiological diagnosis and treatment, the application of basic sciences to both, and the use of apparatus. Also presented is important information on normal neuroanatomy and those aspects of neurophysiology that affect radiology in its widest sense.The journal offers papers that give critical guidance on choosing techniques as well as those that describe new advances. CT is now of prime importance. Many older methods are still appropriate. Ultrasound, positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are of growing significance.From time to time, the journal presents comprehensive review articles, invited or offered that are more purely didactic. Case reports describe examples of rarity or practical instructional content, as do single page case notes.
Nonlinear Dynamics
Nonlinear Dynamics provides a forum for the rapid publication of original research in the field. The journal’s scope encompasses all nonlinear dynamic phenomena associated with mechanical, structural, civil, aeronautical, ocean, electrical, and control systems. Review articles and original contributions are based on analytical, computational, and experimental methods. The journal examines such topics as perturbation and computational methods, symbolic manipulation, dynamic stability, local and global methods, bifurcations, chaos, and deterministic and random vibrations. The journal also investigates Lie groups, multibody dynamics, robotics, fluid-solid interactions, system modeling and identification, friction and damping models, signal analysis, and measurement techniques.
Order
This journal presents original research concerning the theory and applications of ordered sets. It covers all theoretical aspects of the subject, with emphasis on research in algebra and lattice theory, combinatorics and set systems, directed and undirected graphs, computational and discrete geometry, theoretical computer science, and the theory of sets and relational structures. In addition, Order presents applications of order-theoretic methods in these mathematical areas and in more algorithmically oriented research in computing and operations research. It offers coverage that is broadly representative of the best research on ordered structures and their applications. Given the wide scope of the journal, prospective authors are asked to identify a member [or members] of the editorial board whose research interests are closest to the contents of the submission. This helps to ensure both that submissions fit the journal's scope and that the review process begins efficiently.

Papers from the Institute of Archaeology (PIA) is a peer reviewed, open access journal that publishes research on all aspects of archaeology, museum studies, cultural heritage and conservation. We publish research papers and short reports. We also welcome reviews of conferences, exhibitions and books. We accept online submissions via the journal website. See the author guidelines for further information or contact the editorial team.
Run by doctoral students at the UCL Institute of Archaeology, the aim of PIA is to provide authors with experience in publishing articles early in their careers. We therefore place extra emphasis on the provision of peer review feedback and editorial assistance. We publish online as soon as articles are ready, so there is no delay in research being released and submissions can be sent throughout the year.
The journal is fully indexed, blind peer-reviewed and fully open access. The PIA would like to thank all of our peer reviewers and copy editors for their time and invaluable expertise.
Dermatologic Therapy
Dermatologic Therapy has been created to fill an important void in the dermatologic literature: the lack of a readily available source of up-to-date information on the treatment of specific cutaneous diseases and the practical application of specific treatment modalities. Each issue of the journal consists of a series of scholarly review articles written by leaders in dermatology in which they describe, in very specific terms, how they treat particular cutaneous diseases and how they use specific therapeutic agents. The information contained in each issue is so practical and detailed that the reader should be able to directly apply various treatment approaches to daily clinical situations. Because of the specific and practical nature of this publication, Dermatologic Therapy not only serves as a readily available resource for the day-to-day treatment of patients, but also as an evolving therapeutic textbook for the treatment of dermatologic diseases.

Economic History of Developing Regions promotes the study of economic change in the developing South, including Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. It provides an innovative research forum that explores the influence of historical events on economic development beyond the industrialized North.
The journal accepts papers based on purely quantitative or qualitative methods, as well as any combination of the two. It seeks submissions with an economic history focus from disciplines such as general history, development economics, cliometrics, business history, labour history, financial history, development studies and others. Energy Systems aims for mathematical programming, control, and economic approaches towards energy systems related topics. The topics covered include power systems optimization, unit commitment, power generation, power trading, electricity risk management, competition in electricity markets, bidding strategies as well as market power issues. Mathematical theory and algorithms for stochastic optimization methods applied to energy problems are also included as well as modeling issues such as process optimization, synthesis, design and operation. Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine (EHPM), published bimonthly, is the official journal of the Japanese Society for Hygiene. Protein & Peptide Letters publishes letters, original research papers, mini-reviews and guest edited issues in all important aspects of protein and peptide research, including structural studies, advances in recombinant expression, function, synthesis, enzymology, immunology, molecular modeling, and drug design. Manuscripts must have a significant element of novelty, timeliness and urgency that merit rapid publication. Reports of crystallization and preliminary structure determination of biologically important proteins are considered only if they include significant new approaches or deal with proteins of immediate importance, and preliminary structure determinations of biologically important proteins. Purely theoretical/review papers should provide new insight into the principles of protein/peptide structure and function. Manuscripts describing computational work should include some experimental data to provide confirmation of the results of calculations

Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences is published bimonthly by the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology as its official journal. Religion & Education is a journal of analysis and comment with the purpose of advancing public understanding and dialogue on issues at the intersections of religion and education. These issues emerge in various venues; manuscripts are invited from work in any such arena: public or private education at elementary, secondary, or higher education institutions; non-school or community organizations and settings; and formal or informal organizations or groups with religion or spirituality as an integral part of their work. Articles are invited from diverse methodological approaches and theoretical and ideological perspectives. Some articles are solicited, but unsolicited articles are encouraged. Unsolicited manuscripts are put through a peer review process. Opinions expressed by contributors do not necessarily reflect those of the editors or publisher. This journal does not address the work of formal religious institutions including churches, synagogues, mosques, and temples. Rather, it focuses on the beliefs and values arising from all traditions as they come into contact with educational work in the public square.
Limnology and Oceanography
L&O Limnology and Oceanography (ISSN 0024-3590) publishes original articles, including scholarly reviews, about all aspects of limnology and oceanography. (Click here for a description of the various kinds of papers that L&O publishes.) The journal's unifying theme is the understanding of aquatic systems. Submissions are judged on the originality of their data, interpretations, and ideas, and on the degree to which they can be generalized beyond the particular aquatic system examined. Laboratory and modeling studies must demonstrate relevance to field environments; typically this means that they are bolstered by substantial "real-world" data. Few purely theoretical or purely empirical papers are accepted for review; authors are strongly advised to combine such materials into more complete papers that test novel theory against data to elucidate important features of actual aquatic systems and to predict measurable features that have not yet been observed.

Limnology and Oceanography: Methods (ISSN 1541-5856) is a companion to ASLO's top-rated journal Limnology and Oceanography, and articles are held to the same high standards. In order to provide the most rapid publication consistent with high standards, Limnology and Oceanography: Methods appears in electronic format only, and the entire submission and review system is online. Articles are posted as soon as they are accepted and formatted for publication.Limnology and Oceanography: Methods will consider manuscripts whose primary focus is methodological, and that deal with problems in the aquatic sciences. Living Reviews in Solar Physics is an exclusively web-based, peer-reviewed journal, publishing reviews of research in all areas of solar and heliospheric physics. Articles are solicited from leading authorities and are intended for physicists at or above the graduate-student level. The articles in Living Reviews provide up-to-date critical reviews of the state of research in the fields they cover. Articles also offer annotated insights (and where possible, active links) into the key literature and describe online resources available in these fields. Living Reviews is unique in maintaining a suite of high-quality reviews; its articles are subjected to strict peer-review and are kept up-to-date by the authors. This is the meaning of the word "Living" in the journal's title.
