Climacteric – publishes international, original, peer-reviewed research on all aspects of aging in men and women, especially during the menopause and climacteric. The content of the journal covers the whole range of subject areas relevant to climacteric studies and adult women’s health and medicine, including underlying endocrinological changes, treatment of the symptoms of the menopause and other age-related changes, hormone replacement therapies, alternative therapies, effective life-style modifications, non-hormonal midlife changes, and the counselling and education of perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients. In addition, the journal features regular invited expert editorials, a correspondence section and details of forthcoming international meetings on climacteric-related topics. All material is subject to peer review by members of the editorial board, and a specialist reviewer where indicated.

Abdominal Imaging addresses clinical radiology of abdominal disorders, including the alimentary tract and the genitourinary system, providing a unique international source of information to physicians interested in these fields. The journal publishes original papers, case reports, technical and instrumental notes, and invited review articles. A separate section contains abstracts of selected papers from the current literature. Reviews of books or monographs and announcements about national or international associations and conferences related to abdominal radiology are published.   The coverage emphasizes diagnostic radiology, including ultrasound, computed tomography, MR imaging, nuclear medicine, and interventional procedures; submission of related pathologic, surgical and clinical material is encouraged. Emphasis and preference are given to material which can be applied directly to the diagnosis and management of patients.   

Antiviral Therapy (an official publication of the International Society of Antiviral Research) is an international, peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing articles on the clinical development and use of antiviral agents and vaccines, and the treatment of all viral diseases. Antiviral Therapy is one of the leading journals in virology and infectious diseases (2009 ISI impact factor: 4.32).The journal is comprehensive, and publishes articles concerning all clinical aspects of antiviral therapy. It features editorials, original research papers, specially commissioned review articles, letters and book reviews. The journal is aimed at physicians and specialists interested in clinical and basic research.

Applied Mechanics Reviews (AMR) is an international review journal that serves as a premier venue for dissemination of material across all sub-disciplines of applied mechanics and engineering science, including fluid and solid mechanics, heat transfer, dynamics and vibration, and applications. AMR provides an archival repository for state-of-the-art and retrospective survey articles and reviews of research areas and curricular developments across all sub-disciplines of applied mechanics. The journal invites commentary on research and education policy in different countries and regions in the area of applied mechanics, including material that provides an international comparison of different regional frameworks for collaboration and networking. The journal also invites original tutorial and educational material in applied mechanics targeting non-specialist audiences, including undergraduate and K-12 students.

The Journal publishes original research papers, review articles and short communications on studies examining the interactions between living organisms and factors of the natural and artificial atmospheric environment. Living organisms extend from single cell organisms, to plants and animals, including humans. The atmospheric environment includes climate and weather, electromagnetic radiation, and chemical and biological pollutants. The journal embraces basic and applied research and practical aspects such as living conditions, agriculture, forestry, and health. The journal is published for the International Society of Biometeorology, and most membership categories include a subscription to the Journal.

The International Journal of Clinical Oncology (IJCO) welcomes original research papers on all aspects of clinical oncology that report the results of novel and timely investigations. Reports on clinical trials are encouraged. Experimental studies will also be accepted if they have obvious relevance to clinical oncology. Membership in the Japan Society of Clinical Oncology is not a prerequisite for submission to the journal. Papers are received on the understanding that: their contents have not been published in whole or in part elsewhere; that they are subject to peer review by at least two referees and the Editors, and to editorial revision of the language and contents; and that the Editors are responsible for their acceptance, rejection, and order of publication.

The International Journal of Food Science & Technology (IJFST) is published for the Institute of Food Science and Technology, the IFST. This authoritative and well-established journal publishes in a wide range of subjects, ranging from pure research in the various sciences associated with food to practical experiments designed to improve technical processes. Subjects covered range from raw material composition to consumer acceptance, from physical properties to food engineering practices, and from quality assurance and safety to storage, distribution, marketing and use. While the main aim of the Journal is to provide a forum for papers describing the results of original research, review articles are also welcomed.

The International Journal of Mineral Processing covers all aspects of the processing of solid-mineral materials such as metallic and non-metallic ores, coals and other solid sources of secondary materials, etc. Topics dealt with include: comminution, sizing, classification (in air and water), gravity concentration, flotation, electric and magnetic separation, miscellaneous physical separation techniques, mixing and blending, thickening, filtering, drying, storage, transport, agglomeration, pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy (when applied to low-grade raw materials), biohydrometallurgy (when applied to low-grade raw materials), biometallurgy (use of bacteria and other living organisms), testing, control and automation, waste treatment and disposal and mineralogical studies (when related to beneficiation). In addition to research papers, the journal publishes review articles, technical notes, and letters to the editor.

The International Journal of Technology and Design Education encourages research and scholarly writing covering all aspects of technology and design education. The journal features critical, review, and comparative studies. In addition, readers will find contributions that draw upon other fields such as historical, philosophical, sociological, or psychological studies that address issues of concern to technology and design education. The Editorial Board views the teaching of technology and design as an emergent rather than an established practice, with many open issues requiring research. Among these issues are the preparation of technology teachers, the assessment of technological competence, and the relationship of technology to other curriculum elements, notably science. There are also significant policy questions that need to be addressed relating to the practice and rationale of curriculum change.

The International Journal of Toxicology publishes timely, peer-reviewed papers on current topics important to toxicologists. Six bi-monthly issues cover a wide range of topics, including contemporary issues in toxicology, safety assessments, novel approaches to toxicological testing, mechanisms of toxicity, biomarkers, and risk assessment. The Journal also publishes invited reviews on contemporary topics, and features articles based on symposia. Target promotes the scholarly study of translational phenomena from a thoroughly interdisciplinary and international point of view. Rather than reducing research on translation to the practical questions asked by translators, their committers or their audience, the aim is to examine the role of translation in communication in general, with emphasis on cultural situations and theoretical, methodological and didactic matters. Attention is given to the relationship between translation and the societal organisation of communication. Target provides a forum for innovative approaches to translation. It publishes original studies on theoretical, methodological and descriptive-explanatory nature into translation problems and corpora, reflecting various socio-cultural approaches. The review section discusses the most important publications in the field in order to reflect the evolution of the discipline.

Biofouling is an international, peer-reviewed, multi-discliplinary journal which publishes original articles and mini-reviews and provides a forum for publication of pure and applied work on protein, microbial, fungal, plant and animal fouling and its control, as well as studies of all kinds on biofilms and bioadhesion. Papers may be based on studies relating to characterisation, attachment, growth and control on any natural (living) or man-made surface in the freshwater, marine or aerial environments, including fouling, biofilms and bioadhesion in the medical, dental, and industrial context. Specific areas of interest include antifouling technologies and coatings including transmission of invasive species, antimicrobial agents, biological interfaces, biomaterials, microbiologically influenced corrosion, membrane biofouling, food industry biofilms, biofilm based diseases and indwelling biomedical devices as substrata for fouling and biofilm growth. South Asia is a refereed journal published under the authority of the South Asian Studies Association of Australia. It is published three times a year, in April, August and December. Its mission is to provide a forum for scholarly research, comment and discussion on the history, society, economy, culture and international relations of the South Asian region from the earliest times to the present day. Ordinarily there are two general issues each year, and one dedicated to a topical theme. Published since 1971, South Asia is the world's senior journal of record for the South Asian region.The South Asian Association of Australia represents scholars whose interests are in the South Asian region. It is not strictly focussed, either geographically or by discipline. Generally, it covers countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Himalayan states but the diasporic nature of south Asian cultures and the supra-national influences on the region mean that the interests of scholars may extend well beyond the borders of these states.
