he purpose of the Journal of Teaching in Physical Education is to communicate national and international research and stimulate discussion, study, and critique of teaching, teacher education, and curriculum as these fields relate to physical activity in schools, communities, higher education, and sport. The journal publishes original reports of empirical studies in physical education together with integrative reviews and analyses of educational and methodological issues in the field. Research using a variety of methodological approaches is acceptable for publication. Brief research notes also will be reviewed for possible publication. The coeditors and editorial board encourage the submission of manuscripts that extend knowledge within the focus of the journal.Specific questions about the appropriateness of any individual paper to enter the JTPE review process should be directed to one of the coeditors. Non-profit Journal: MIC is operated as a non-profit journal and the journal is to a large extent based on voluntary contributions from the editors and reviewers. Any income generated by the journal from author contributions and sponsors are only meant to cover the costs associated with running the journal. From 2009 the MIC articles are available for free download on the Internet, and MIC loses the income source from subscriptions. To compensate for this loss of income, MIC currently requires an author contribution of NOK 1000 per published article. Each author will receive a complimentary issue of the printed edition of MIC where the article appears. The publication fee will be adjusted annually to balance out the costs of running the journal.Review: Each submitted article will initially be reviewed by the editor and/or the editorial secretary. NMR in Biomedicine is a journal devoted to the publication of original full-length papers, rapid communications and review articles describing the development of magnetic resonance spectroscopy or imaging methods or their use to investigate physiological, biochemical, biophysical or medical problems. Topics for submitted papers should be in one of the following general categories: (a) development of methods and instrumentation for MR of biological systems; (b) studies of normal or diseased organs, tissues or cells; (c) diagnosis or treatment of disease. Reports may cover work on patients or healthy human subjects, in vivo animal experiments, studies of isolated organs or cultured cells, analysis of tissue extracts, NMR theory, experimental techniques, or instrumentation. The Journal will not accept any papers that deal solely with body fluids. NMR in Biomedicine will accept for review manuscripts that focus on the use of MRI contrast agents in practical applications, but not those that are primarily concerned with the development, synthesis or ex vivo testing of contrast agents.

Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation publishes letters, papers and review articles describing the results of research and development in the underlying theory, novel techniques and applications of nondestructive testing and evaluation. Articles concerning both the investigation of physical processes and the development of mechanical processes and techniques are welcomed. Studies of conventional techniques, including radiography, ultrasound, eddy currents, magnetic properties and magnetic particle inspection, thermal imaging and dye penetrant, will be considered in addition to more advanced approaches using, for example, lasers, squid magnetometers, interferometers, synchrotron and neutron beams and Compton scattering. Progress in Physical Geography is an international journal, encompassing an interdisciplinary approach incorporating the latest developments and debates within Physical Geography and interrelated fields across the Earth, Biological and Ecological System Sciences. The scope of the Review of Financial Economics (RFE) is broad. The RFE publishes original research in finance (e.g. corporate finance, investments, financial institutions and international finance) and economics (e.g. monetary theory, fiscal policy, and international economics). It specifically encourages submissions that apply economic principles to financial decision making. For example, while RFE will publish papers which study the behavior of security prices and those which provide analyses of monetary and fiscal policies, it will offer a special forum for articles which examine the impact of macroeconomic factors on the behavior of security prices.
