The Japan Journal of Nursing Science is the official English language journal of the Japan Academy of Nursing Science. The purpose of the Journal is to provide a mechanism to share knowledge related to improving health care and promoting the development of nursing. The Journal seeks original manuscripts reporting scholarly work on the art and science of nursing. Original articles may be empirical and qualitative studies, review articles, methodological articles, brief reports, case studies and letters to the Editor. Journal of Applied Physics is the American Institute of Physics' (AIP) archival journal for significant new results in applied physics; content is published online daily, collected into two online and printed issues per month (24 issues per year). The journal publishes articles that emphasize understanding of the physics underlying modern technology, but distinguished from technology on the one side and pure physics on the other. Applied Physics Reviews is a series of occasional review articles on topics within this scope. The Proceedings of the Conference on Magnetism and Magnetic Materials is an annual feature.

Community Dental Health is the Journal of the British Association for the Study of Community Dentistry and the European Association of Dental Public Health.

The quarterly Fishery Bulletin (FB) is the oldest and one of the finest fisheries journals in the world. It has been an official publication of the U.S. Government since 1881, under various titles, and is the U.S. counterpart to other highly regarded governmental fisheries science publications. Forests (ISSN 1999-4907) is an international and cross-disciplinary scholarly journal of forestry and forest ecology. It publishes research papers, short communications and review papers. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible. Full experimental and/or methodical details must be provided for research articles. The GE – Portuguese Journal of Gastroenterology (formerly Jornal Português de Gastrenterologia), founded in 1994, is the official publication of the Sociedade Portuguesa de Gastrenterologia (Portuguese Society of Gastroenterology), Sociedade Portuguesa de Endoscopia Digestiva (Portuguese Society of Digestive Endoscopy), and Associação Portuguesa para o Estudo do Fígado (Portuguese Association for the Study of the Liver).
The journal publishes clinical and basic research articles on gastroenterology, digestive endoscopy, hepatology, and related topics. Review articles, clinical case studies, images, letters to the editor, and other articles such as recommendations or papers on gastroenterology clinical practice are also considered. Only articles written in English are accepted.

This includes but is not limited by such areas as bioinformatics, biophysical methods and instrumentation, medical biophysics, biosystems, cell biophysics and organization, macromolecules: dynamics, structures and interactions, single molecule biophysics, and membrane biophysics, channels and transportation.

Bone Reports is an interdisciplinary forum for the rapid publication of Original Research Articles and Case Reports across basic, translational and clinical aspects of bone and mineral metabolism. The journal publishes papers that are scientifically sound, with the peer review process focused principally on verifying sound methodologies, and correct data analysis and interpretation. We welcome studies either replicating or failing to replicate a previous study, and null findings. We fulfil a critical and current need to enhance research by publishing reproducibility studies and null findings.
