Papers published in the journal may cover a wide range of topics in imaging of infectious diseases, including, but not limited to:

• Fundamental Topics - The regular research articles, experiences and case reports on diagnostic or interventional imaging of infectious diseases including CT imaging, MR imaging, Digital Radiography, PET-CT, Ultrasound imaging, DSA and so on.
• Functional imaging in infectious diseases - The survey of functional imaging combining with physiopathology about infectious diseases.
• Molecular imaging in infectious diseases - The research to examine infectious diseases from molecular mechanism.
• Basic study on imaging of infectious diseases - Both clinical and animal experiments are acceptable.
• Novel theories, technology, concepts or discovery on diagnostic or interventional imaging of infectious diseases.

Radiotherapy and Oncology publishes papers describing original research as well as review articles. It covers areas of interest relating to radiation oncology. This includes: clinical radiotherapy, combined modality treatment, experimental work in radiobiology, chemobiology, hyperthermia and tumour biology, as well as physical aspects relevant to oncology, particularly in the field of imaging, dosimetry and radiation therapy planning.Papers on more general aspects of interest to the radiation oncologist including chemotherapy, surgery and immunology are also published. Redox Biology is a forum for novel research, methods and review articles in redox biology in the areas of both health and disease. These reviews will summarize schematically key concepts, established and novel ideas in redox biology which will be accessible to a broad audience and freely downloaded as PowerPoint slides for use in teaching or conference presentations.Graphical Redox Reviews ideally should have a format of 3-5 color schemes with a title, short introductory paragraph, extended figure legends, and include up to 20 selected citations.

Vegetation History and Archaeobotany publishes research papers, review articles and short contributions of high quality from Europe, the Americas and around the world. It covers the entire field of vegetation history, exploring the development of flora and vegetation during the Holocene (and also the Pleistocene) era, and includes related subjects such as palaeoecology. The journal places interest on human impact upon the natural environment in prehistoric and medieval times. This is reflected in pollen diagrams as well as in plant macroremains from archaeological contexts. Recent topics have included vegetation, fire and climate dynamics as indicated by pollen and charcoal analysis; preliminary results from a dendroecological study of a sub-fossil pine woodland in NW Germany; the significance of low pollen accumulation rates in estimation tree population, and more.
