The International Journal of Approximate Reasoning is intended to serve as a forum for the treatment of imprecision and uncertainty in Artificial and Computational Intelligence, covering both the foundations of uncertainty theories, and the design of intelligent systems for scientific and engineering applications. The International Phycological Society was founded in 1960 and is dedicated to: the development of phycology; the distribution of phycological information; and, international cooperation among phycologists and phycological organizations. Journal of Environmental Informatics (JEI) is an international, peer-reviewed, and interdisciplinary publication designed to foster innovative research on systems science and information technology for environmental management. IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT) covers the circuits and systems aspects of all video technologies. General, theoretical, and application-oriented papers with a circuits and systems perspective are encouraged for publication in TCSVT on or related to image/video acquisition, representation, presentation and display; processing, filtering and transforms; analysis and synthesis; learning and understanding; compression, transmission, communication and networking; storage, retrieval, indexing and search; and/or hardware and software design and implementation.

ACM Transactions on Speech and Language Processing (TSLP) focuses on practical areas of the design, development, and evaluation of speech- and text-processing systems along with their associated theory. Topics within TSLP's scope include: natural language understanding, generation, and parsing; dialog management; machine translation; document summarization; question answering; detection and tracking of entities, relationships, topics, and novelty; language modeling for machine translation and speech; speech prosody; audio indexing; spoken document retrieval; and machine learning and pattern analysis applied to the above

Aims and Scope:
Transplantation Proceedings publishes several different categories of manuscripts, all of which undergo extensive peer review by recognized authorities in the field prior to their acceptance for publication.

The first type of manuscripts consists of sets of papers providing an in-depth expression of the current state of the art in various rapidly developing components of world transplantation biology and medicine. These manuscripts emanate from congresses of the affiliated transplantation societies, from Symposia sponsored by the Societies, as well as special Conferences and Workshops covering related topics.

Transplantation Proceedings also publishes several special sections including publication of Clinical Transplantation Proceedings, being rapid original contributions of preclinical and clinical experiences. These manuscripts undergo review by members of the http://www.journals.elsevier.com/transplantation-proceedings/editorial-board/Editorial Board.

All articles submitted to this journal are peer-reviewed. The AMS has a single blind peer-review process in which the reviewers know who the authors of the manuscript are, but the authors do not have access to the information on who the peer reviewers are.

This gold open access electronic-only journal is devoted to research articles in all areas of pure and applied mathematics. To be published in the Transactions, Series B, a paper must be correct, new, and significant. Further, it must be well written and of interest to a substantial number of mathematicians. Piecemeal results, such as an inconclusive step toward an unproved major theorem or a minor variation on a known result, are in general not acceptable for publication. Papers of less than 15 published pages that meet the above criteria should be submitted to the Proceedings of the AMS. Published pages are the same size as those generated in the style files provided for AMS-LaTeX.

The IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles (T-IV) publishes peer-reviewed articles that provide innovative research concepts and application results, report significant theoretical findings and application case studies, and raise awareness of pressing research and application challenges in areas of intelligent vehicles in a roadway environment, and in particular in automated vehicles.

The T-IV focuses on providing critical information to the intelligent vehicle community, serving as a dissemination vehicle for IEEE ITS Society members and the others to learn the state of the art development and progress on research and applications in the field of intelligent vehicles. 

Technology in Society is an international journal devoted to a range of interdisciplinary fields most simply identified by the terms: technology assessment, science, technology and society; management of technology; technology and policy; the economics of technology; technology transfer, appropriate technology and economic development; ethical and value implications of science and technology; science and public policy; and technology forecasting.
