The Journal of Global Ethics is an international and interdisciplinary scholarly journal concerned with ethical issues arising in the global context. The journal promotes the study of 'global ethics', encouraging examination of the wide variety of ethical issues that arise in the context of globalisation and global relations. The journal provides a forum for the analysis of ethics and values and their relationship to globalisation, international relations, politics and development, engaging particularly in debates about global justice. The Journal of Global Ethics publishes: * A range of high-quality empirical and theoretical articles * Dialogues, discussions and analyses of ethics in the global context * Articles incorporating research, practice and broader social concerns * Articles crossing the academic-practitioner divide and representing a range of voices, including those of civil society and non-governmental organizations and policy-makers * Reviews, interviews and special features on topical issues * Debates with NGOs, anti-globalisation movements, activists and academics on topical political, legal and ethical issues * Special Issues on contemporary themes, for example, those of global justice, global bioethics, development ethics, corporate ethics, ecological ethics, professional ethics and human rights. The Journal of Global Ethics draws chiefly on the disciplines of philosophy, political science, sociology, theology, economics and law and covers diverse topics such as human rights, international development, biomedical, economic and environmental issues. Thus, the journal invites papers on theoretical, conceptual and empirical analysis of global ethics and ethics of globalisation as well as articles on comparative and normative ethics. It also welcomes critical analysis of various cultural approaches to ethical issues in the global context (for example on human rights, economic globalisation and social justice, ethics of development cooperation and international relations). In accordance with the aim of the journal to cross the academic-practitioner divide, the editors also encourage the submission of articles on policies and experiences related to social movement and NGO activities. The journal does not promote one particular set of values, beliefs or framework of ethics, rather its purpose is to be truly global and to take a cross-cultural approach to all aspects of ethical theory and practice. In order to achieve this the journal has regional editors on the different continents. Throughout, the concern of the Journal of Global Ethics is with equality and justice and its aim is to bring together those who are concerned about the state of ethics in the global context Peer Review Policy: All research articles published in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees. Founded in 1985 and currently in its twenty-second year of publication the SAJHR is the leading South African public law journal, publishing scholarship of the highest standard from Southern Africa and from around the world. The Journal publishes articles, notes and comments and book reviews on topics of relevance to Southern Africa and dealing with human rights, legal philosophy, constitutional and administrative law, freedom of information, law and development and public international law. Language Testing is a fully peer-reviewed, international, quarterly journal that publishes original research and review articles on language testing and assessment. It provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and information between people working in the fields of first and second language testing and assessment. This includes researchers and practitioners in EFL and ESL testing, and assessment in child language acquisition and language pathology. In addition, special attention is focused on issues of testing theory, experimental investigations, and the following up of practical implications.

The Mathematical Modelling of Natural Phenomena (MMNP) is an international research journal, which publishes top-level original and review papers, short communications and proceedings on mathematical modelling in biology, medicine, chemistry, physics, and other areas. Annals of Clinical Psychiatry is the official journal of the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists. Architectural Histories is the international, blind peer-reviewed scholarly journal of the EAHN that creates a space where historically grounded research into all aspects of architecture and the built environment can be made public, consulted, and discussed. The journal is open to historical, historiographic, theoretical, and critical contributions that engage with architecture and the built environment from a historical perspective. Welcome to Art Journal’s new website. Launched to coincide with CAA’s centennial anniversary, the site both acknowledges current material conditions of art and publishing, and honors the journal’s unique nature. It will feature iterations of time-based work discussed in the print journal and original artists’ projects, as well as more conversational modes of scholarship and discourse. A fundamental, omnipresent feature of the global information age is that cyber-capabilities, e.g. computing, communication and control, are inherently embedded in numerous physical/engineered systems from the nano-world to large-scale systems-of-systems. Many scientific/technological challenges require intensive multidisciplinary studies, calling for new formulations, techniques and innovative solutions from a spectrum of communities in systems engineering/control/communications. IJSCC offers a vibrant discussion forum in this interdisciplinary area, especially communication systems augmented by control techniques and control systems whose components are interconnected via communication networks.
