Occupational Medicine is an international peer-reviewed journal which provides vital information for the promotion of workplace health and safety.Topics covered include work-related injury and illness, accident and illness prevention, health promotion, occupational disease, health education, the establishment and implementation of health and safety standards, monitoring of the work environment, and the management of recognized hazards. Contributions are welcomed from practising occupational health physicians and research workers in related fields.

It also includes new data-driven approaches when AI plays a central role.

The goal of the journal is to showcase the latest methodological advances and applications of data science methods in transportation and appropriate implications for policy making. The journal is also interested in the significant impact that these fields are beginning to have on other scientific disciplines as well as many aspects of society and industry. There are countless opportunities where big data intelligence can augment other methods in transportation systems planning, operations, freight, safety analysis, transit, safe and sustainable cities and emergency management. There are many emerging questions of relevance on ethical, social and privacy, that are also relevant in this domain. The focus is primarily on analytical data driven methods. High quality application based studies will also be considered.

Area Development and Policy ( ADP) is to be a world-class journal publishing original academic research examining the multi-scalar and geographically differentiated relationships between economic and political organization, ways of life and work and their context, as they shape regions, cities, rural areas and their inter-relationships.

Geographically it concentrates on issues relating to the Greater BRICS and aims to publish research emerging from these countries as well from the developed world.

ADP recognizes that the economic, political, cultural and geographical context plays a fundamental role in shaping development. ADP therefore recognizes that research should examine the role of diverse national and regional institutional configurations and values, and that theories should derive from the experiences of these countries and regions and not necessarily from theories derived from the possibly exceptional experiences of Northwest Europe and North America.

ADP aims to expand common ground while accepting differences, improve mutual communication and increase cooperation and shared learning.

All submitted research is subject to rigorous peer review, involving initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two referees. In the light of the referee reports, contributions will be evaluated and decisions made by a distinguished board of Editors and accepted for publication only if they meet high scholarly standards of originality, significance and rigour in advancing understanding of area development and policy.

IEEE Pervasive Computing explores the role of computing in the physical world–as characterized by visions such as the Internet of Things and Ubiquitous Computing. It is a Spanish and English language international journal that publishes articles of interest for health professionals that wish to become familiar with the practical aspects of the discipline. Although it is included in the group of "case report" journals, it is not limited to publishing clinical cases, as it also approaches all those aspects that are of interest in Primary Care practice, such as projects on the improvement of clinical quality, patient safety, patient-centred care, community programs, ethical conflicts, or organisational innovations that improve Primary Care.

Descriptive studies of cases and unique experiences are situated at the bottom of the scientific evidence pyramid, and for this reason they are not usually accepted in journals that publish biomedical research; however, these works provide knowledge that can be very useful for the clinician, the student, and the researcher. They are of interest for identifying rare or new diseases, to evaluate the effects of therapeutics, their adverse effects, or the cost of interventions, as well as contributing to problem-based learning and non-repetition of errors. They serve to encourage the creation of guidelines or clinical practice pathways or to suggest future research projects.

BIOCELL welcomes articles reporting research on Cell and Molecular Biology, and on the suborganismal and organismal aspects of Vertebrate Reproduction and Development, Invertebrate Biology and Plant Biology. Brief reports are also accepted for publication under special circumstances.
