The ICES Journal of Marine Science publishes articles, short communications, and critical reviews that contribute to our scientific understanding of marine systems and the impact of human activities. The Journal serves as a foundation for scientific advice across the broad spectrum of management and conservation issues related to the marine environment. Oceanography, marine habitats, living resources, and related management topics constitute the key elements of papers eligible for publication. Integrated studies that bridge gaps between traditional disciplines are particularly welcome. The scope of the Journal has been broadened to include economic, social, and public administration studies to the extent that they are directly related to management of the seas and are of general interest to marine scientists.

IET Renewable Power Generation provides a forum for the presentation of new research, development and applications of renewable power generation. It particularly focuses on research that explores issues where the characteristics of the renewable energy source impact on the power conversion and where the wider system control or operation are central to the challenge of integration. It also covers demonstrations and experimentally based research. The journal is technology focused, covering design, demonstration, modelling and analysis, and occasionally also publishes papers dealing with techno-economic issues. IET Renewable Power Generation brings together the topics of renewable energy technology, power generation and systems integration. Specific technology areas covered by the journal include: wind power technology and systems; photovoltaics; solar thermal power generation; geothermal energy; fuel cells; wave power; marine current energy and biomass conversion.

The International Journal of Intelligence, Security, and Public Affairs (formerly known as Inteligencia y Seguridad: Revista de Análisis y Prospectiva), founded in 2006, began as the first Spanish scientific journal dedicated to the study of intelligence. It has since then joined Taylor & Francis’ robust stable of intelligence journals and will begin publishing exclusively in English in 2016. The journal is characterized by a clear international vocation and perspective. It aims to disseminate original academic and professional articles on matters related to intelligence applied to security, defense, business and the financial-economic environment.

The journal’s main goal is to investigate and study intelligence for decision making in a broad sense. The Italian Journal of Animal Science is an international peer-reviewed open access journal publishing original scientific papers, reviews and short communications on animal science, animal production and related areas. The journal welcomes submissions on the following subjects:

The Journal of Ethnic Foods is dedicated to provide reliable information about people’s consumption of food, as well as the superiority or creativity developed from the long-term accumulated traditional understanding and knowledge in foods. The superiority and creativity of food cannot be fully understood and appreciated from food ingredients and nutrition. It has to be viewed also from other aspects, such as culture, ecology, history and environment. It is recommended to the authors to cover these areas in the manuscript. It could be demonstrated by various approaches such as biological, nutritional, epidemiological, ecological, or cultural anthropological research.
