The peer-reviewed quarterly journal Canadian-American Slavic Studies is edited and published to provide information about Slavic and East European (including Albania, Hungary and Romania) culture, past and present, in a scholarly context. The journal began publication in Montreal, Québec, Canada in 1967 and then continued publication in the USA in 1971. It publishes articles, documents, translations and book reviews in the English, French, German, Russian and Ukrainian languages. It also features special issues about specific topics prepared by guest editors. Most of the material has featured contributions about history and literature, but the journal welcomes contributions in all areas of the humanities and social sciences.

Clinical Research in Cardiology is an international journal for clinical cardiovascular research. It provides a forum for original and review articles as well as critical perspective articles. Articles are only accepted if they meet stringent scientific standards and have undergone peer review. The journal regularly receives articles from the field of clinical cardiology, angiology, as well as heart and vascular surgery. As the official journal of the German Cardiac Society, it gives a current and competent survey on the diagnosis and therapy of heart and vascular diseases. Supplemental issues are published in Clinical Research of Cardiology Supplements.

Computational & Applied Mathematics began to be published in 1981. This journal was conceived as the main scientific publication of SBMAC (Brazilian Society of Computational and Applied Mathematics).   The objective of the journal is the publication of original research in Applied and Computational Mathematics, with interfaces in Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Operations Research, Statistics, Social Sciences and Economy. Computational Statistics (CompStat) is an international journal that fosters the publication of applications and methodological research in the field of computational statistics. The journal provides a forum for computer scientists, mathematicians, and statisticians working in a variety of areas in statistics, including biometrics, econometrics, data analysis, graphics, simulation, algorithms, knowledge-based systems, and Bayesian computing. CompStat papers emphasize the contribution to and influence of computing on statistics and vice versa. This journal is a translation of papers from the Transactions of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers of Japan, the foremost Japanese publication in the field. Published in three parts (Part I-Communications; Part II-Electronics; Part III-Fundamentals of Electronic Science), the journal covers the entire field of electronic engineering, including circuits and networks; signal and image processing; communication theory and systems; electromagnetic theory; switching, optical, microwave and millimeter-wave technology; quantum electronics; semiconductor technology and integrated circuits; artificial intelligence; and applied mathematics.

Experiment, an annual journal devoted to Russian culture, focuses on the movements of the early twentieth century. These include both traditional and non-traditional avenues of academic enquiry, such as studio painting and graffiti, sculpture and ballroom dancing, architecture and commercial advertising. It is hoped that broader examination of such disciplines within critical discourse will provide a stronger and more precise definition of Russia's cultural accomplishment. Supervised by an editorial board of international stature, Experiment emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach, drawing upon archival sources while promoting and documenting the history of the Russian arts. The journal recognizes the achievements both of Imperial and Soviet Russia and of the diaspora.

Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering (FESE) is an international journal for researchers interested in a wide range of environmental disciplines. The journal's aim is to advance and disseminate knowledge in all main branches of environmental science & engineering. The journal emphasizes papers in developing fields, as well as papers showing the interaction between environmental disciplines and other disciplines.

FESE is a bi-monthly journal. Its peer-reviewed contents consist of a broad blend of reviews, research papers, policy analyses, short communications, and opinions. Nonscheduled “special issue” and 'hot topic', including a review article followed by a couple of related research articles, are organized to publish novel contributions and breaking results on all aspects of environmental field.

Global Perspectives on Nutrition is a brand-new open-access nutrition journal focused on original research from a global perspective, with an emphasis on sustainability.  The journal publishes original research and critical literature reviews on current and emerging topics in nutrition science, food science, clinical nutrition, and nutrition policy. Readers of Global Perspectives on Nutrition include nutrition scientists, biomedical researchers, clinical and dietetic practitioners, and advanced students of nutrition.

Articles selected for publication will be consistent with the journal’s mission and should clearly outline both the biological and practical nutritional implications of a timely topic, so the reader obtains a clear understanding of both the topic’s nature and its relevance. Heredity is the official journal of the Genetics Society. Hispanic Research Journal promotes and disseminates research into the cultures of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, from the Middle Ages to the present day. The IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering (ISSN 0364-9059) is the online-only quarterly publication of the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (IEEE OES). The scope of the Journal is the field of interest of the IEEE OES, which encompasses all aspects of science, engineering, and technology that address research, development, and operations pertaining to all bodies of water. This includes the creation of new capabilities and technologies from concept design through prototypes, testing, and operational systems to sense, explore, understand, develop, use, and responsibly manage natural resources.

The IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Electromagnetics, Antennas and Propagation (JSTEAP) is a newly launched journal co-sponsored by the Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S), Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S), and the Communications Society (ComSoc). The focus of JSTEAP is on contributions that bridge the gaps between electromagnetics, communications, and microwave technology and manuscripts incorporating at least two of these aspects are particularly encouraged. Insect Science is an international journal, which publishes original peer-reviewed, research papers from any entomological discipline.
