Archaeological Prospection is an interdisciplinary journal, intended to:*Inform archaeologists, environmental scientists, site developers, local authorities and regional environmental agencies about the wide range of scientific techniques available for the study of the near-surface environment.* Promote international collaboration amongst practitioners of prospection techniques.*Encourage discussion of field procedures, data presentation and interpretation of a wide range of survey methods and promote multi-technique comparisons, thus enhancing scientific collaboration.*Promote procedures and investigations for the safeguard of the historical and environmental cultural heritage.*Disseminate information about new (or newly applied) prospecting techniques.*Provide reviews of relevant techniques and applications.*Provide a forum for the discussion of best practice in shallow depth investigation of archaeological and environmental landscapes.* Encourage risk analysis studies to evaluate the economics of archaeological and environmental investigations.Scope of the Journal*The scope of the Journal will be international, covering urban, rural and marine environments and the full range of underlying geology.*The Journal will contain articles relating to the use of a wide range of propecting techniques, including remote sensing (airborne and satellite), geophysical (e.g. resistivity, magnetometry) and geochemical (e.g. organic markers, soil phosphate). Reports and field evaluations of new techniques will be welcomed.*Contributions will be encouraged on the application of relevant software, including G.I.S. analysis, to the data derived from prospection techniques and cartographic analysis of early maps.*Reports on integrated site evaluations and follow-up site investigations will be particularly encouraged.*The Journal will welcome contributions, in the form of short (field) reports, on the application of prospection techniques in support of comprehensive land-use studies.*The Journal will, as appropriate, contain book reviews, conference and meeting reviews, and software evaluation.*All papers will be subjected to peer review.

This journal is designed to reflect current developments and advances being made in the general field of cement-concrete composites technology and in the production, use, and performance of cement-basedconstruction materials. The word cement is interpreted in a wide sense, including not only Portland cement but also blended cements and other binding materials. In addition to novel aspects of conventional concrete materials, the journal covers a wide range of composite materials such as fiber-reinforced cement composites, polymer cement composites, polymer impregnated composites, ferrocement, and cement composites containing special aggregate inclusions or waste materials. Original papers dealing with microstructure (as it relates to engineering properties), material properties, testing and test methods, fracture mechanics, durability aspects, composite mechanics/technology, modelling, design, fabrication and practical applications of these materials form the major themes of the journal. Provided there is sufficient linkage to properties defined at the material scale, papers concerning the behavior of structural components and systems, in situ performance, and field studies will also be accepted for review, as well as those concerning the repair and maintenance, serviceability behavior, and sustainability of structures made with these materials.The journal has within the above context several specific objectives. It wants to foster a better understanding of construction materials, provide a forum for unusual and unconventional materials, encourage the development of low cost energy saving materials and bridge the gap between materials science, engineering performance, environmental effects, in situ behavior, design/service life and construction. It is the intention of the journal to also publish special issues devoted to topics of current or emerging interest. The journal aims to provide a unifying basis for collaboration between materials scientists, engineers, designers and fabricators.

Critical Policy Studies brings contemporary theoretical and methodological discussions, both normative and empirical, to bear on the understanding and analysis of public policy, at local, national and global levels. The journal offers a unique forum for researchers, policy-makers and practitioners to challenge established accounts of policy-analytic methods, to explore alternative approaches to policy-making, and to promote democratic governance. To this end, the journal concentrates on the relation of political and policy theory to specific practices of governance, in particular as they pertain to democratic governance, participatory practices, social justice and general public welfare. This necessitates an emphasis on the interplay between qualitative and quantitative modes of inquiry. The journal thus moves beyond narrow empirical approaches to pay special attention to interpretive, argumentative, discursive approaches to policy-making.Although Critical Policy Studies is a rigorous academic journal, it also pays special attention to the practical aspects of policy-making and analysis that confront real-world practitioners. In addition, the journal includes essays on current debates and opinions in the field, review articles that reflect on published research, and book reviews. Peer ReviewAll articles that appear in Critical Policy Studies have been subjected to rigorous peer review. Submissions to the journal undergo an initial editor screening and, where it is decided to pursue the possibility of publication, are reviewed by two referees to whom the identity of the writer is not revealed. Where articles engage with the work of one or more of the editors themselves, referees are chosen not by the latter, but by another editor or member of the editorial board. This screening and refereeing process applies to all texts published in CPS except editorial introductions, comments on articles previously published, book reviews and book notes.

English in Education, the academic journal of the National Association for the Teaching of English (NATE) publishes papers and articles which report on research related to all aspects of English teaching both from within the United Kingdom and from other nations, where English language and literature are part of the school and Higher Education curriculum. NATE is an active part of the International Federation for the Teaching of English (IFTE) and its journal seeks to share the knowledge and expertise of English teachers throughout the world. To this end, it provides an international forum for the work of researchers, practitioners, advisers and consultants who are engaged in questioning both practice and policy related to the curriculum and in particular it promotes dynamic and progressive approaches to teaching. The work of the Journal is overseen by the Academic review Board which ensures fair reviewing of all submissions through anonymous refereeing. The Journal invites the submission of papers produced within a research paradigm which report on dynamic and interactive pedagogies and which interrogate contemporary responses to the changing nature of communication in all its forms, including drama, digital and media literacy, as well as all aspects of both language and literature. Guest editors are engaged for Special Issues to focus on a particular theme or contemporary policy question. The journal is published by Wiley-Blackwell for the National Association which represents teachers of English within the four countries of the United Kingdom and supports international teachers of English. • Indian Journal of Agronomy welcomes concise articles presenting original research data based on field experiments on all aspects of agronomy in different crops and related cropping systems.• The journal publishes only full length comprehensive articles based on new approaches/findings in English only.• Review articles are also considered but these are normally solicited by Editorial Board. However, the authors who wish to contribute a review on their own based on their standing in the relevant field may contact the Secretary or Chief Editor with a broad outline before submitting the manuscript.• The articles submitted for publication in the journal should contain data not older than 5 years on the date of receipt of article in the Society office. The period shall be reckoned from the following January or July after the completion of the field experimentation in rainy (Kharif) and winter (Rabi) seasons, respectively.• The articles submitted for publication should be exclusive for this journal and must not be submitted elsewhere during their consideration by the journal. These must not carry any material already published in the same or different forms.• The article should present a complete picture of the investigation made and should not be split into parts. However, in exceptional cases where a large volume of in-depth data are collected based on multi-season experimentation, the article can be split into two or three parts, with the same main title and a different subtitle in short. In such articles, proper continuity should be maintained in presentation of information, and all these articles should be submitted together at the same time.• Each article should be written in English correctly, clearly, objectively and concisely. All the statements made in the manuscript should be clear, unambiguous, and to the point.• There is no prescribed limit regarding the number of pages in case of full-length article, the completeness of the information is more important.• Articles should be suitably divided into the following sub-sections: ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS AND METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, and REFERENCES.

The Journal “Intelligent Service Robotics” fosters the dissemination of new discoveries and novel technologies that advance the application of robotics for assisting humans on a yet richer dimension. The Journal will cover a broad spectrum of topics ranging from intelligent robots acting as an everyday servant, secretary, or companion to the intelligent robotic functions in the form of embedded robotics, ambient intelligence, or intelligent space. The aim of the International Journal of Multilingualism (IJM) is to foster, present and spread research focused on psycholinguistic, sociolinguistic and educational aspects of multilingual acquisition and multilingualism. The Journal of Alloys and Compounds is intended to serve as an international medium for the publication of work on solid materials comprising compounds as well as alloys. Journal of Archaeological Science: Reports will publish papers of excellent archaeological science, with regional or wider interest. This will include case studies, reviews and short papers where an established scientific technique sheds light on archaeological questions and debates.

Submitted papers will be reviewed by two reviewers and we aim to reach a first decision within 4 weeks.

We welcome suggestions for thematic sets of papers arising from meetings dealing with aspects of Scientific Archaeology and Archaeological Science and will publish special volumes of high-quality papers deriving from conferences and symposia.

We especially welcome contributions from early career researchers.
