The IZA Journal of Labor & Development is a peer-reviewed open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen, covering all aspects of economic development related to issues of human behavior and/or the labor market of developing, emerging or transition countries, including both policy issues and more structural problems.Coverage includes all fields of labor economics in a development context, both empirical and theoretical. To enable the journals to make all of their content open access, usually SpringerOpen journals levy an article-processing charge (APC) for each manuscript accepted after peer review.The publication costs for articles in the IZA Journal Series are covered by IZA - Institute for the Study of Labor, so authors do not need to pay an article processing charge. Journal of Anatomy publishes original papers, invited review articles and book reviews. Its main focus is on contributions to understanding development, evolution and function through a broad range of anatomical approaches. Articles covering bioinformatics and other topics that clarify or provide tools for functional anatomical understanding will also be sympathetically considered. Priority will be given to experimental studies, to contributions based on molecular and cell biology, and on the application of modern functional imaging techniques. Studies that are essentially descriptive anatomy will only be published if the Editors consider that they are of functional significance. Journal of Anatomy also publishes Brief Communications: these are brief papers (up to 3 journal pages) that present new ideas or data of particular originality and timeliness. The editors will also consider publishing Letters (1-2 pages) on scientific issues of clear relevance to the scope of interest of the Journal.

The Journal of Clinical Ultrasound (JCU) is an international journal dedicated to the worldwide dissemination of scientific information on diagnostic and therapeutic applications of medical sonography. The scope of the journal includes--but is not limited to--the following areas: sonography of the gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, vascular system, nervous system, head and neck, chest, breast, musculoskeletal system, and other superficial structures; Doppler applications; obstetric and pediatric applications; and interventional sonography. FLA is a refereed journal published four times per year.
