The Journal of Architecture is jointly published by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Routledge, an imprint of Taylor & Francis. It was launched in 1995 and is the longest standing, continuously published, international, refereed publication on architecture based in the UK. Now published six times a year, The Journal of Architecture has become widely recognised as one of the foremost journals in its field in the world. Free online access: Inaugural issue Taylor & Francis to launch International Journal of Image and Data Fusion from January 2010 International Journal of Image and Data Fusion provides a single source of information for all aspects of image and data fusion methodologies, developments, techniques and applications. Image and data fusion techniques are important for combining the many sources of satellite, airborne and ground based imaging systems, and integrating these with other related data sets for enhanced information extraction and decision making.Image and data fusion aims at the integration of multi-sensor, multi-temporal, multi-resolution and multi-platform image data, together with geospatial data, GIS, in-situ, and other statistical data sets for improved information extraction, as well as to increase the reliability of the information. This leads to more accurate information that provides for robust operational performance, i.e. increased confidence, reduced ambiguity and improved classification enabling evidence based management.This journal focuses on the theory, methodology and applications of image and data fusion, and encourages submission on a broad range of topics such as concept studies, new fusion techniques at different processing level, image and data fusion architectures, algorithms, and novel applications. Geotextiles are permeable fabrics which, when used in association with soil, have the ability to separate, filter, reinforce, protect or drain. As the use of geotextile fabrics has expanded there has been the introduction of geotextile composites and the development of products such as geogrids and meshes. Overall these materials are referred to as geotextiles and related products. All have a wide range of applications and are currently used to advantage in many civil engineering applications including roads, airfields, railroads, embankments, retaining structures, reservoirs, canals, dams, bank protection and coastal engineering.Geomembranes are impermeable membranes used widely as cut-offs and liners. Until recent years, geomembranes were used mostly as canal and pond liners; however, one of the largest current applications is to the containment of hazardous or municipal wastes and their leachates. In many of these applications geomembranes are employed with geotextile or mesh underliners which reinforce or protect the more flexible geomembrane whilst also acting as an escape route for gases and leachates generated in certain wastes.The range of products and their applications has expanded rapidly over the last decade with geotextiles and geomembranes being specified world wide. This rapid growth is paralleled by a virtual explosion of technology. Current reference books and even manufacturers' sponsored publications tend to date very quickly and the need for a vehicle to bring together and discuss the growing body of technology now available has become evident.Geotextiles and Geomembranes fills this need and provides a forum for the dissemination of information amongst research workers, designers, users and manufacturers. By providing a growing fund of information the journal increases general awareness, prompts further research and assists in the establishment of international codes and regulations.Types of Contribution:Refereed technical papers covering research, design, construction, applications and case studies; technical notes, book reviews, reports of conferences and meetings, and letters to the Editor. All technical papers are open to written discussion. No limit to length is set and short notes are acceptable. Review articles may also be published at intervals, but the subject and contents of these should be discussed first with the Editor.

San Francisco Estuary and Watershed Science is established to provide the opportunity for on-line publication of peer-reviewed papers dealing with all aspects of the San Francisco Estuary, Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, its upstream watersheds, and adjacent coastal ocean. Also appropriate are papers focused on other estuary watershed systems whose findings and conclusions are directly relevant to the issues of the San Francisco Estuary. Subjects considered appropriate for publication include any aspect of the physics, chemistry, geology, or biology of this large system. Particular emphasis will be placed on papers that bridge the individual technical disciplines and provide novel or informative insights into attributes and functioning of this system or similar systems elsewhere.Manuscripts may be submitted in any one of the following categories:*Editorials – Articles presenting the views of the Editors or Associate Editors. AIMSSoil Biology & Biochemistry publishes original, scientifically challenging research articles of international significance that describe and explain biological processes occurring in soil. These include the possible applications of such knowledge to issues of soil and environmental quality - insofar as such studies inform our understanding of the role of soil biology and biochemistry in mediating soil functions, agricultural sustainability and ecosystem services. The ecology and biochemical processes of soil organisms, their effects on the environment and their interactions with plants are major topics. The applications of new molecular, microscopic and analytical techniques to understanding and explaining population and community dynamics is of great interest. The journal also publishes state-of-the-art reviews of contemporary research that present significant and novel hypotheses, as well as comments and arguments about specific and often controversial aspects of life in the soil.SCOPEThe scope of Soil Biology & Biochemistry is wide and embraces accounts of recent original research on any aspect of the biology and biochemistry of soils. The International Journal of Mathematics publishes original papers in mathematics in general, but giving a preference to those in the areas of mathematics represented by the editorial board. Insight – Non-Destructive Testing and Condition Monitoring is the Journal of The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing. It was launched in April 1994, replacing the former British Journal of Non-Destructive Testing and incorporating, in quarterly issues, the former European Journal of Non-Destructive Testing.

The American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene is a peer-reviewed journal published monthly by the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and consists of two complete, sequentially numbered volumes each calendar year.

Fruits is a scientific journal for original articles and reviews on fruit crops in temperate, Mediterranean, subtropical and tropical regions.
