Growth and Change: A Journal of Urban and Regional Policy welcomes manuscripts from scholars and professionals in all disciplines and specialties. Contributions from economics, geography, regional science, urban and regional planning, public finance, sociology, and agricultural economics are particularly encouraged. Increasingly we are interested in submissions that bring a multi-disciplinary perspective to bear on the problems addressed. Both policy and theoretical implications of topics and a focus on urban and regional development in domestic and international contexts are very appropriate.

HERZ is the high-level journal for further education for all physicians interested in cardiology. The individual issues of the journal each deal with specific topics and comprise review articles in English and German written by competent and esteemed authors. They provide up-to-date and comprehensive information concerning the speciality dealt with in the issue. Due to the fact that all relevant aspects of the pertinent topic of an issue are considered, an overview of the current status and progress in cardiology is presented. Contributions concerning the latest developments and case reports round off the spectrum of information provided.

The IEEE Journal on Multiscale and Multiphysics Computational Techniques publishes papers related to a broad range of electromagnetic engineering problems that rely on theoretical developments and computational techniques to solve problems spanning different physical properties or scales. Papers shall describe or use multiphysics or multiscale modeling in physics and electromagnetic engineering, including the calculation of system behavior on one scale using information or models derived from a different scale. Papers describing numerical inversion methods, parallel processing methods, high-order basis functions, and other advanced mathematical or numerical methods to perform multiphysics co-simulations for applied problems are published.

IEEE Magnetics Letters is a peer-reviewed, archival journal covering the physics and engineering of magnetism, magnetic materials, applied magnetics, design and application of magnetic devices, bio-magnetics, magneto-electronics, and spin electronics. IEEE Magnetics Letters publishes short, scholarly articles of substantial current interest.

IEEE Magnetics Letters is a hybrid Open Access (OA) journal. For a fee, authors have the option making their articles freely available to all, including non-subscribers. OA articles are identified as Open Access.

The Journal of the Optical Society of America A (JOSA A) is devoted to developments in any field of classical optics, image science, and vision. JOSA A includes original peer-reviewed papers on such topics as atmospheric optics, image processing, scattering and coherence theory, machine vision, statistical optics, diffraction and gratings, polarization, thin films, signal processing, color, physiological optics, clinical vision, and visual optics.

JTEP is international both in terms of authors and readership. Journal of Vinyl and Additive Technology is a peer-reviewed technical publication for new work in the fields of polymer modifiers and additives, vinyl polymers and selected review papers. Over half of all papers in JVAT are based on technology of additives and modifiers for all classes of polymers: thermoset polymers and both condensation and addition thermoplastics. Papers on vinyl technology include PVC additives.

This ACM Transaction seeks to be the premier archival journal in the multidisciplinary field of human-computer interaction. Since its first issue in March 1994, it has presented work of the highest scientific quality that contributes to the practice in the present and future. The primary emphasis is on results of broad application, but the journal considers original work focused on specific domains, on special requirements, on ethical issues -- the full range of design, development, and use of interactive systems.

As illustrated below, the TOG journal has a strong synergy with ACM SIGGRAPH, the premiere conference organization in graphics. Of the six issues published by TOG each year, two are special issues containing the papers presented at the annual SIGGRAPH and SIGGRAPH Asia conferences. Conversely, authors of papers published in the regular issues of TOG can present their work at either of these two conferences. The Journal seeks to improve the approach of health education, health promotion, and other multidisciplinary health efforts by fostering a better understanding of the multidimensional nature of both individuals and social systems as they relate to health behaviors. Neuropsychiatric Genetics, Part B of the American Journal of Medical Genetics (AJMG) , provides a forum for experimental and clinical investigations of the genetic mechanisms underlying neurologic and psychiatric disorders. It is a resource for novel genetics studies of the heritable nature of psychiatric and other nervous system disorders, characterized at the molecular, cellular or behavior levels. Neuropsychiatric Genetics publishes eight times per year.

The American Journal of Physiology - Regulatory, Integrative and Comparative Physiology publishes original investigations that illuminate normal or abnormal regulation and integration of physiological mechanisms at all levels of biological organization, ranging from molecules to humans, including clinical investigations. Major areas of emphasis include regulation in genetically modified animals; model organisms and comparative functional genomics; development and tissue plasticity; neurohumoral control of circulation and hypertension; local control of circulation; cardiac and renal integration; thirst and volume, electrolyte homeostasis; appetite and obesity, and inflammation and cytokines.

Annals of Thoracic Medicine (ATM, ISSN 1817-1737) is the official publication of the Saudi Thoracic Society (STS). It features cutting edge clinical investigations in the multidisciplinary specialties of chest medicine, such as pulmonology, cardiology, thoracic surgery, transplantation, sleep and breathing, airways disease, and more.
