Asian Economic Papers promotes high-quality analyses of the economic issues central to Asian countries and offers creative solutions to the region's current problems by drawing on the work of economists worldwide. The journal comprises selected articles and summaries of discussions from the meetings of the Asian Economic Panel and provides a unique and useful resource to economists and informed non-specialists concerned with specific Asian issues, particular Asian economies, and interactions between Asia and other regions.AEP strives to anticipate developments that will affect Asian economies, encourage discussions of these trends, and explore individual country or regional responses that minimize negative repercussions on neighboring economies.AEP is especially interested in:* promoting discussion of financial and regulatory reform and regional cooperation;* identifying barriers to economic development in individual Asian countries and in the region as a whole, and finding new ways to overcome such obstacles;* analyzing the impacts of economic policies on social welfare to improve and ensure common prosperity and security in the region;* highlighting economic challenges stemming from the globalization of financial and nonfinancial markets, along with the measures needed to meet these challenges.

The goal of the Asian Economic Policy Review is to become an intellectual voice on the current issues of international economics and economic policy, based on comprehensive and in-depth analyses, with a primary focus on Asia. As such, articles in the Journal will not be purely academic research or political commentaries. Instead, stress will be placed on identifying key issues at the time - spanning international trade, international finance, the environment, energy, the integration of regional economies and other issues - in order to furnish ideas and proposals to contribute positively to the policy debate in the region. Although the principal focus is economic policy issues, when necessary and relevant, international relations papers will also be included.

Asian Education and Development Studies (AEDS) is concerned with education research in its broadest sense. The journal is interested in comparative studies that lead to new insights and challenge orthodox theories when analysing education and development issues. Since its official launch in 2012, AEDS has become one of the key education policy and development studies journals with a strong focus on the role of education and development, policy and governance in Asia from international and comparative perspectives.

Asian Englishes seeks to publish the best papers dealing with various issues involved in the diffusion of English and its diversification in Asia and the Pacific. It aims to promote better understanding of the nature of English and the role which it plays in the linguistic repertoire of those who live and work in Asia, both intra- and internationally, and in spoken and written form. The journal particularly highlights such themes as:

1. Varieties of English in Asia – Including their divergence & convergence
   (phonetics, phonology, prosody, vocabulary, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse, rhetoric)

In the twenty-first century ethnic issues have assumed importance in many parts of the world. Until recently, questions of Asian ethnicity and identity have been treated in a balkanized fashion, with anthropologists, economists, historians, political scientists, sociologists and others publishing their studies in single-discipline journals. Asian Ethnicity provides a cross-disciplinary, international venue for the publication of well-researched articles about ethnic groups and ethnic relations in the half of the world where questions of ethnicity now loom largest. Asian Ethnicity covers any time period, although the greatest focus is expected to be on the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. In broad terms the geographical region of concern for the journal is bounded by Lake Baikal to the north, Japan to the east, Java to the south and the Caspian Sea to the west. Asian Ethnology seeks to deepen understanding and further the pursuit of knowledge about the peoples and cultures of Asia. We wish to facilitate intellectual exchange between Asia and the rest of the world, and particularly welcome submissions from scholars based in Asia. The journal presents formal essays and analyses, research reports, and critical book reviews relating to a wide range of topical categorie.

Asian Geographer focuses on the dissemination of knowledge about geographical problems and issues related to Asia and the Pacific Rim. Original and timely articles dealing with any field of physical or human geographical inquiries and geography methodologies are published. While the focus of the journal is placed on normal research articles of both quantitative and qualitative studies, review papers, commentaries and discussion papers are also considered. Special issues on particular themes or areas are published occasionally.

AJAR is a peer-reviewed journal on accounting and finance in Asia and developing countries, focusing on accounting, corporate governance, and tax. Published in association with Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia.
