Fundamental methods comprise mathematical, probabilistic or statistical models and techniques as well as methods in operational research. Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies (JLOS), peer-reviewed and published quarterly, seeks to advance the theory, research and practice of all aspects of leadership and organizations.
