The COSPAR publication Advances in Space Research (ASR) is an open journal covering all areas of space research including: space studies of the Earth's surface, meteorology, climate, the Earth-Moon system, planets and small bodies of the solar system, upper atmospheres, ionospheres and magnetospheres of the Earth and planets including reference atmospheres, space plasmas in the solar system, astrophysics from space, materials sciences in space, life sciences as related to space, fundamental physics in space, space debris, space weather, earth observations of space phenomena, etc.All submissions are reviewed by two scientists in the field. COSPAR is an interdisciplinary scientific organization concerned with the progress of space research on an international scale. Bioactive Carbohydrates and Dietary Fibre is intended to be an international journal focused on dietary fibre, and bioactive carbohydrates (including bioactive polysaccharides, oligosaccharides and glycoproteins. It will include original studies and comprehensive reviews on the primary structure, molecular characteristics including conformation, size and shape, and bioactivities demonstrated by studies using in vitro, cell culture, animal and human clinical trials for understanding the action mechanisms and efficacy of bioactive carbohydrates from plants, fungi, animals and produced by biotechnology.Specific bioactivities such as reducing serum cholesterol, modulating blood glucose and insulin levels, fermentability in the gastrointestinal track, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, immune regulatory and anti-oxidant activities demonstrated by these bioactive carbohydrates are the main focus of this journal. Contemporary Clinical Trials is an international peer reviewed journal that publishes manuscripts pertaining to all aspects of clinical trials, including, but not limited to, design, conduct, analysis, regulation and ethics. Crop & Pasture Science (continuing Australian Journal of Agricultural Research) is an international journal publishing outcomes of strategic research in crop and pasture sciences and the sustainability of farming systems. The primary focus is broad-scale cereals, grain legumes, oilseeds and pastures. Papers are encouraged that advance understanding in plant-based agricultural systems through the use of well-defined and original aims designed to test a hypothesis, innovative and rigorous experimental design, and strong interpretation. The journal embraces experimental approaches from molecular level to whole systems, and the research must present novel findings and progress the science of agriculture.Crop & Pasture Science is read by agricultural scientists and plant biologists, industry, administrators, policy-makers, and others with an interest in the challenges and opportunities facing world agricultural production. FBP aims to be the principal international journal for publication of high quality, original papers in the branches of engineering and science dedicated to the safe processing of biological products. Health Policy OPEN complements Health Policy. It shares Health Policy's objective to "be a vehicle for the exploration and discussion of health policy and health system issues and is aimed in particular at enhancing communication between health policy and system researchers, legislators, decision-makers and professional concerned with developing, implementing, and analysing health policy, health systems and health care reforms."

Health Policy OPEN (HPO) does not concentrate "on high income countries outside the USA." Instead, HPO offers a truly global perspective. "Global" refers both to geography, i.e., the whole world from low- to high-income countries, from the Americas via Europe and Africa and Asia, and universally important topics such as accessibility, coverage, quality, performance, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability of health systems.

Health Policy OPEN is based on the observation that "health care policies and reforms are made at an ever-increasing pace in countries around the world—and policy-makers are increasingly looking to other countries for solutions to their own problems." It is thus also "committed to support this international dialogue to ensure that policies are not just copied but used and adapted based on the specific problems and objectives as well as the respective context." Particular emphasis will be devoted to issues of global health policy¹ and the development of Sustainable Development Goals 3 (SDG 3) and Universal Health Coverage.

Besides featuring articles on specific health system, policy and reform issues, it will contribute to providing "basic" information in the field, thus helping establish a common understanding of the field. This will be done by publishing series, e.g., on health systems around the world or "key concepts visualized and explained but also the opportunity to publish study protocols to rigorously study health system features and their impact.

The editorial team will be comprised of editors working on Health Policy and new associate editors representing a global scope.

The Journal of Algebra is a leading international journal and publishes papers that demonstrate high quality research results in algebra and related computational aspects. The journal also seeks work that presents innovative techniques that offer promising results for future research.The Computational Algebra SectionThe Computational Algebra section has been introduced to provide an appropriate forum for contributions which make use of computer calculations and to broaden the scope of the Journal.The following papers are particularly welcome in the Computational Algebra section of the Journal of Algebra:• Results obtained by computer calculations - to be suitable for publication such results must represent a major advance of mathematics. It is not sufficient to extend previous computations by means of higher computer power. Rather the contribution has to exhibit new methods and mathematical results to be accepted.• Classifications of specific algebraic structures (in form of tables, if appropriate), which are not easily obtained and are useful to the algebraic community.• Description and outcome of experiments, to put forward new conjectures, to support existing conjectures, or to give counter examples to existing conjectures.• Papers emphasizing the constructive aspect of algebra, such as description and analysis of new algorithms (not program listings, nor, in the first instance, discussions of software development issues), improvements and extensions of existing algorithms, description of computational methods which are not algorithms in the strict sense (since, e.g., they need not terminate).• Interactions between algebra and computer science, such as automatic structures, word problems and other decision problems in groups and semigroups, preferably, but not necessarily, with an emphasis on practicality, implementations, and performance of the related algorithms.• Contributions are welcome from all areas of algebra, including algebraic geometry or algebraic number theory, if the emphasis is on the algebraic aspects.Contributions describing applications of algebraic results or methods, for example in coding theory, cryptography, or the algebraic theory of differential equations are highly welcome. An important general criterion for the publication of a paper in the Computational Algebra section is its emphasis on the constructive aspects.

Journal of Oral Rehabilitation aims to be the most prestigious journal of dental research within all aspects of oral rehabilitation and applied oral physiology. It covers all diagnostic and clinical management aspects necessary to re-establish a subjective and objective harmonious oral function. Oral rehabilitation may become necessary as a result of developmental or acquired disturbances in the orofacial region, orofacial traumas, or a variety of dental and oral diseases (primarily dental caries and periodontal diseases) and orofacial pain conditions. As such, oral rehabilitation in the twenty-first century is a matter of skilful diagnosis and minimal, appropriate intervention, the nature of which is intimately linked to a profound knowledge of oral physiology, oral biology, and dental and oral pathology. The scientific content of the journal therefore strives to reflect the best of evidence-based clinical dentistry. Modern clinical management should be based on solid scientific evidence gathered about diagnostic procedures and the properties and efficacy of the chosen intervention (e.g. material science, biological, toxicological, pharmacological or psychological aspects). The content of the journal also reflects documentation of the possible side-effects of rehabilitation, and includes prognostic perspectives of the treatment modalities chosen.Basic sciences are developing rapidly in contemporary society, but it may take some time before important new knowledge finds its way into daily clinical practice. Good clinical science deals with the diagnosis and appropriate treatment of individual patients. We need well-educated dentists to identify the numerous unsolved questions relevant to oral rehabilitation, in order to stimulate clinical and basic sciences to provide scientifically documented answers. It is the intention of the journal to stimulate contributions, which may help to bridge the gap between relevant basic sciences and clinical dentistry.The focus for the journal is to present original research findings; to generate critical reviews and relevant case stories, and to stimulate commentaries and professional debates in Letters to the Editor. We will invite relevant commercial interests to engage in the journal in order to make it the international forum for debate between dental clinical dental clinical sciences and industry, which share a common goal: to improve the quality of oral rehabilitation.

This journal is an international medium directed towards the needs of academic, clinical, government and industrial analysis by publishing original research reports and critical reviews on pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis. It covers the interdisciplinary aspects of analysis in the pharmaceutical, biomedical and clinical sciences, including developments in analytical methodology, instrumentation, computation and interpretation. Submissions on novel applications focussing on drug purity and stability studies, pharmacokinetics, therapeutic monitoring, metabolic profiling; drug-related aspects of analytical biochemistry and forensic toxicology; quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry are also welcome.Studies from areas of well established and poorly selective methods, such as UV-VIS spectrophotometry (including derivative and multi-wavelength measurements), basic electroanalytical (potentiometric, polarographic and voltammetric) methods, fluorimetry, flow-injection analysis, etc. are accepted for publication in exceptional cases only, if a unique and substantial advantage over presently known systems is demonstrated. The same applies to the assay of simple drug formulations by any kind of methods and the determination of drugs in biological samples based merely on spiked samples. Drug purity/stability studies should contain information on the structure elucidation of the impurities/degradants. Papers dealing with the analytical aspects of traditional folk medicines are acceptable if the results are expected to attract the interest of readers also outside the area of origin. Bioanalytical papers (pharmacokinetic, bioequivalence, protein and DNA binding studies) are accepted if the focus is on innovative analytical methodology.In determining the suitability of submitted articles for publication, particular scrutiny will be placed on the degree of novelty and significance of the research and the extent to which it adds to existing knowledge in pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis. In all submissions to the journal, authors must address the question of how their proposed methodology compares with previously reported methods. In particular it aims to explore the interface between the postcolonial writing of the modern global era and the economic forces of production which increasingly commodify culture.This approach embraces the deterritorialised nationalisms, the new ethnicities which intersect with and cut across national boundaries, 'new margins' created by global economic practices, global technologies and commodities, and redefinitions of the local that globalisation catalyses. The Journal is designed to meet the information requirements of lubricant professionals whose primary concern is the design, formulation, and performance of lubricants and their additives in tribological systems, whichever field of interest - commercial, government, academic, or pure research - they may be involved with.The Journal is an international, refereed journal which aims to publish high-quality research papers, reviews, short communications and letters to the Editor, devoted to all aspects of lubricants and their additives, including synthetic and biodegradable lubricants. The scope includes reporting on the synthesis and/or development of lubricants, their test results compared to results for other lubricants and comparative performance test results in components or equipment.The papers on synthetic lubricants focused on synthetic or biodegradable lubricants and not merely a synthetic additive in a non-synthetic base oil, will be published in the section “Synthetic Lubrication”.TriboTest is a section within the journal which aims to publish high quality papers devoted to all aspects of advancing tribological testing. Reporting of improved techniques for testing, test results evaluation and modelling and simulation techniques that support tribotesting are encouraged. Critical assessments of the effects of test environment, test rig dynamics, accelerated test parameters, and similar, are also of great value.The tribological tests may range from full scale field testing down to lab testing in the nano-scale with objectives ranging from investigating the whole tribological system, down to investigating the influence of a surface treatment, a coating, or the performance of a lubricant additive in the tribological contact. Test evaluation techniques may include microscopy, topographical evaluation, and chemical analysis. This section invites papers on comparative studies of laboratory tests and field tests with respect to mechanisms, performance and ranking, lab test procedures capable of minimising the dependence on full scale field testing, test procedures capable of generating new fundamental understanding of friction and wear processes, at the nano, macro and micro scales, the design, selection and critical evaluation of tribological tests, diagnostic methods and condition monitoring measurement and characterisation of lubrication films, tribofilms and third bodies.

Nurse Education in Practice enables lecturers and practitioners to both share and disseminate evidence that demonstrates the actual practice of education as it is experienced in the realities of their respective work environments, that is both in the University/faculty and clinical settings. It is supportive of new authors and is at the forefront in publishing individual and collaborative papers that demonstrate the link between education and practice.Nursing is a discipline that is grounded in its practice origins - nurse educators utilise research-based evidence to promote good practice in education in all its fields. The Editors welcome contributions from research, which consider sustainable management and conservation of resources. The journal emphasizes the transformation processes involved in a transition toward more sustainable production and consumption systems. Emphasis is upon technological, economic, institutional and policy aspects of specific resource management practices, such as conservation, recycling and resource substitution, and of "systems-wide" strategies, such as resource productivity improvement, the restructuring of production and consumption profiles and the transformation of industry.Contributions may have relevance at regional, national or international scales and may focus at any level of research from individual resources or technologies to whole sectors or systems of interest. Contributors may emphasise any of the aforementioned aspects as well as scientific and methodological issues. The Revista Iberoamericana de Automática e Informática Industrial (RIAI) (Ibero-American Journal of Industrial Automation and Informatics) is the official Journal of the Comité Español de Automática (CEA) (Spanish Automation Committee), a member of the Federación Internacional de Control Automático (IFAC) (International Confederation of Automation Control). The Journal is directed towards the Ibero-American community, and in general, for environments in which Spanish is the basic language, and not exclusive, of communication. RIAI covers the wide field of Control Theory, Systems Engineering, Robotics, Automation Regulation, and the different technologies used in making these control systems, in particular those based on computers and communication networks.
