The European Early Childhood Education Research Journal (EECERJ) is the publication of the European Early Childhood Education Research Association (EECERA), an international organisation dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of research in Early Childhood Education throughout Europe and beyond. CREC is the UK base for the European Early Childhood Research Association. EECERA welcomes and encourages membership and contributions from across the world to share and participate in its European perspective. EECERJ aims to provide a forum for the publication of original research in early childhood education in Europe. With this as its principal focus, it should be emphasised that its definition of education embraces care and that its approach is multidisciplinary, embracing all related fields including psychology, sociology, child health and social work. Contributions from outside the European context are encouraged where there is a relevance to the EECERA's stated aims. 'Early Childhood' is defined as being from birth to eight years of age. The Editorial Board intends to publish papers which have a clear application to early childhood education and care policy and practice and this must be made explicit in the paper. It also seeks to provide a common forum for shared issues in early childhood education research, and, on occasion, to provide a forum for controversy in the discussion of such issues. Research in Mathematics Education is an international English language journal, publishing original refereed articles on all aspects of mathematics education. Papers should address the central issues in terms which are of relevance across educational systems and informed by wider thinking in the field.The journal has three sections, covering research papers, book reviews, and current reports.The Research Papers section contains reports of studies involving empirical investigation and theoretical argumentation from which conclusions and implications can be drawn for future research and practice. Head & Neck is an international multidisciplinary publication of original contributions concerning the diagnosis and management of diseases of the head and neck. This area involves the overlapping interests and expertise of several surgical and medical specialties, including general surgery, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, oral surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, pathology, radiotherapy, medical oncology, and the corresponding basic sciences. Head & Neck publishes original contributions on clinical and research topics. Each manuscript is submitted to peer review by at least two experts in the field. Comprehensive reviews of topics, particularly in fields subject to rapid change in knowledge, will be included at the discretion of the Editor and on the recommendation of reviewers. Technical notes, descriptions of new technologies, single case reports of unusual interest, and brief preliminary communications are accepted after proper peer review. Editorials and Letters to the Editor are also considered for publication. The Human Resource Management Review is a quarterly theory journal devoted to the publication of scholarly conceptual/theoretical1 articles pertaining to human resource management and allied fields (e.g. organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, labor relations). Quantitative meta-analytical reviews that make a conceptual/theoretical contribution are also appropriate. It focuses on issues of function and process, preferably addressed at the micro (i.e., individual and group) level. However, the Review will also consider papers at the macro (organizational and societal) level of analysis. Its purpose is to provide a forum for ideas that will stimulate and lead to empirical research, as well as for the critical examination of existing concepts, models, and frameworks. As such, The Review does not publish reports of empirical investigations or articles written primarily for practicing managers.Subject areas considered appropriate include, but are not limited to, personnel selection, compensation, performance appraisal, attraction and retention, training and development, human resource applications of computer technology, and human resource planning.1HRMR does not normally consider empirical papers that test hypotheses or use data analyses to inductively examine ideas. Fundamental plant sciences is increasingly becoming a collaborative domain, with projects for example including physics, mathematics and chemistry. This is largely fuelled by the last decade's many technical advances, allowing for more discoveries but also creating new challenges, such as data storage, analysis and predictions. Interdisciplinary collaborations are often the solution to these challenges.
This journal aims to acknowledge and encourage interdisciplinary research in fundamental plant sciences. It will publish original research papers and method papers in plant research fields such as systems biology, cell biology, genetics, epigenetics, mathematical modeling, omics, signal transduction, plant-microbe interactions, synthetic biology, developmental biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics research, and big data in plant biology. High-quality review articles are also welcome.
To further encourage collaboration in the community, all accepted authors of Research articles are required to make their data accessible to the public. Kew Bulletin is an international peer-reviewed journal for the taxonomy, systematics and conservation of vascular plants and fungi.
