We welcome contributions related to analytical, experimental, and numerical techniques for the analysis and/or measurement of stress and/or strain, or studies of relevant material properties and failure modes. Our international Editorial Board contains experts in all of these fields and is keen to encourage papers on novel techniques and innovative applications.".

Review Process

Research in Middle Level Education Online (RMLE Online) uses a triple-blind review process. Manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editor. Manuscripts that meet the journal's standards are forwarded to three reviewers who serve on the Editorial Review Board. A decision regarding publication is typically reached within two months of the date the manuscript is sent out for review. This decision is communicated to the corresponding author by email. 

The international journal on Road Materials and Pavement Design welcomes contributions on mechanical, thermal, chemical and/or physical properties of bitumens, additives, bituminious mixes, asphalt concrete, cement concrete, unbound granular materials, soils, geo-composites, new and innovative materials, as well as mix design, soil stabilization, and environmental aspects of handling and re-use of road materials.The Journal also intends to offer a platform for the publication of research of immediate interest regarding design and modeling of pavement behavior and performance, structural evaluation, stress, strain and thermal characterization and/or calculation, vehicule/road interaction, climatic effects and numerical and analytical modeling. The different layers of the road, including the soil, are considered.

Romance Studies, founded in 1982 by Valerie Minogue and Brian Nelson, is an international, fully refereed journal devoted to the study of the Romance literatures and cultures. The peer-reviewed Russian Journal of Mathematical Physics addresses a broad range of topics, including functional analysis, linear and partial differential equations, algebras, modern differential and algebraic geometry and topology, representations of Lie groups, calculus of variations, asymptotic methods, random process theory, dynamical systems, and control theory.The journal presents mainly original papers with full proof, but also publishes brief communications and state-of-the-art reviews. In addition to purely mathematical papers, the journal is hospitable to theses with less rigorous, or 'physical', levels of proof, which are sometimes useful and lead to major advances in science, as well as to analyses based on the heuristic or speculative approaches. Scandinavian Journal of History presents articles on Scandinavian history and review essays surveying themes in recent Scandinavian historical research.It concentrates on perspectives of national historical particularities and important long-term and short-term developments. The editorial policy gives particular priority to Scandinavian topics and to efforts of placing Scandinavian developments into a larger context. Studies explicitly comparing Scandinavian processes and phenomena to those in other parts of the world are therefore regarded as particularly important. In addition to publishing articles and review essays, the journal includes short book reviews. The Scandinavian Journal of Statistics is internationally recognised as one of the leading statistical journals in the world. It was founded in 1974 by four Scandinavian statistical societies.
