IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine actively solicits feature articles that describe engineering activities taking place in industry, government, and universities. All feature articles are subject to peer review. Emphasis is placed on providing the reader with a general understanding of either a particular subject or of the technical challenges being addressed by various organizations, as well as their capabilities to cope with these challenges. Articles presenting new results, review, tutorial, and historical articles are welcome, as are articles describing examples of good engineering. The technical field of interest of the Magazine is the same as the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society, and includes the following: antennas, including analysis, design, development, measurement, and testing; radiation, propagation, and the interaction of electromagnetic waves with discrete and continuous media; and applications and systems pertinent to antennas, propagation, and sensing, such as applied optics, millimeter- and sub-millimeter-wave techniques, antenna signal processing and control, radio astronomy, and propagation and radiation aspects of terrestrial and space-based communication, including wireless, mobile, satellite, and telecommunications.

Environmental Research Letters (ERL) is a high-impact, open-access journal intended to be the meeting place of the research and policy communities concerned with environmental change and management. ERL is dedicated to bringing together intellectual and professional scientists, economists, engineers, and social scientists, as well as the public sector, industry, and civil society, all of whom are engaged in efforts to understand the state of natural systems and, increasingly, the human footprint on the biosphere. The style and impact of an ERL article should be such that it will appeal to the journal’s broad and multi-disciplinary readership, with results or findings of interest and accessible to researchers working in other fields. This gives authors the opportunity to convey the importance of their work to a wider community (including policymakers and the public) in addition to specialists in their field.

Experimental Techniques is a bimonthly interdisciplinary publication of the Society for Experimental Mechanics focusing on the development, application and tutorial of experimental mechanics techniques.The purpose for Experimental Techniques is to promote pedagogical, technical and practical advancements in experimental mechanics while supporting the Society's mission and commitment to interdisciplinary application, research and development, education, and active promotion of experimental methods to:- Increase the knowledge of physical phenomena- Further the understanding of the behavior of materials, structures, and systems- Provide the necessary physical observations necessary to improve and assess new analytical and computational approaches.Experimental Techniques accepts articles that focus on practical applications of experimental mechanics and innovative techniques used to create engineering solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, experimental observations and methods, analytical or computational methods linked to observations of physical phenomena, and non-deterministic analysis of experimental observations. The Editors encourage the submission of articles that describe approaches to education and training in experimental mechanics and structural dynamics.

Non-profit Journal: MIC is operated as a non-profit journal and the journal is to a large extent based on voluntary contributions from the editors and reviewers. Any income generated by the journal from author contributions and sponsors are only meant to cover the costs associated with running the journal. From 2009 the MIC articles are available for free download on the Internet, and MIC loses the income source from subscriptions. To compensate for this loss of income, MIC currently requires an author contribution of NOK 1000 per published article. Each author will receive a complimentary issue of the printed edition of MIC where the article appears. The publication fee will be adjusted annually to balance out the costs of running the journal.Review: Each submitted article will initially be reviewed by the editor and/or the editorial secretary. If the article passes the initial review, it will be reviewed in a second step by the closest discipline editor and two internationally recognised experts in the field. All reviews in MIC are anonymous and the journal strives to avoid any conflict of interest in the review process.

Molecular Pharmaceutics publishes original theoretical and experimental research that contributes significantly to the molecular mechanistic understanding of drug delivery and drug delivery systems. Modalities of interest include small molecules, imaging agents, proteins, peptides, vaccines, cell and gene-based therapies, and their characterization, formulation, and delivery. Submission of a manuscript to Molecular Pharmaceutics implies that the same work has not been previously published, including as part of a public electronic database (preprint servers like bioRxiv and ChemRxiv are permissible), and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. In addition, there must be no legal restrictions to publication, e.g., patent activities, at the time of submission.

Data Science for Transportation publishes high-quality original research and reviews in a wide range of topics related to Data Science for Transportation. This includes classical approaches when data sources are used to unravel underlying physical mechanisms leading to general laws and new modelling frameworks. It also includes new data-driven approaches when AI plays a central role.

The goal of the journal is to showcase the latest methodological advances and applications of data science methods in transportation and appropriate implications for policy making. The journal is also interested in the significant impact that these fields are beginning to have on other scientific disciplines as well as many aspects of society and industry. There are countless opportunities where big data intelligence can augment other methods in transportation systems planning, operations, freight, safety analysis, transit, safe and sustainable cities and emergency management. There are many emerging questions of relevance on ethical, social and privacy, that are also relevant in this domain. The focus is primarily on analytical data driven methods. High quality application based studies will also be considered.

Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry (OBC) publishes original and high impact research and reviews in organic chemistry. We welcome research that shows new or significantly improved protocols or methodologies in total synthesis, synthetic methodology or physical and theoretical organic chemistry as well as research that shows a significant advance in the organic chemistry or molecular design aspects of chemical biology, catalysis, supramolecular and macromolecular chemistry, theoretical chemistry, mechanism-oriented physical organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or natural products. Articles published in the journal should report new work which makes a highly-significant impact in the field. Routine and incremental work is generally not suitable for publication in the journal. Organometallics is the flagship journal of organometallic chemistry and records progress in one of the most active fields of science, bridging organic and inorganic chemistry. For the purposes of this journal, an "organometallic" compound is defined as one in which there is a bonding interaction between one or more carbon atoms of an organic group or molecule and a main-group, transition, lanthanide, or actinide metal atom (or atoms). Following longstanding tradition, organic derivatives of the metalloids (such as boron, silicon, and the like) are included in this definition. Furthermore, manuscripts dealing with metal-containing compounds that do not have metal–carbon bonds will be considered if there is a close relationship between the subject matter and the principles and practice of organometallic chemistry. Plant Species Biology is published three times a year by The Society for the Study of Species Biology. Plant Species Biology publishes research manuscripts in the fields of population biology, pollination biology, evolutionary ecology, biosystematics, co-evolution, and any other related fields in biology. In addition to full length papers, the journal also includes short research papers as notes and comments. Invited articles may be accepted or occasion at the request of the Editorial Board. Manuscripts should contain new results of empirical and/or theoretical investigations concerning facts, processes, mechanisms or concepts of evolutionary as well as biological phenomena. Papers that are purely descriptive are not suitable for this journal. The journal is introducing 'Life history monographs of Japanese plant species'. Accounts of Chemical Research presents short, concise, and critical articles offering easy-to-read overviews of basic research and applications in all areas of chemistry and in allied fields in which chemical approaches play a key role. Each Account focuses on research from the author’s own laboratory, and they are designed to teach the reader about a research project. 

Each Account can be thought of as a “seminar in print,” as the authors tell the research story of their lab and give readers insight into both the science itself as well as the people behind it.
