The IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (TCCN) is committed to timely publishing of high-quality manuscripts that advance to the state-of-the-art of cognitive communications and networking research. Cognitive in this context means the applications of perception, learning, reasoning, memory and adaptive approaches in the design of communication systems.
