The objective of the Boletin de la Sociedad Geológica Mexicana is to disseminate technical and scientific works related to Geology in Mexico. The bulletin publishes articles related to the different disciplines of the Earth Sciences with emphasis on studies developed in the Mexican territory and description of new methodologies. Topics being favored comprise: Regional Geology, Metalogenesis and mineral deposits, Geology of hydrocarbons deposits, Stratigraphy, Geophysics, Geochemistry, Volcanology, Tectonics, Structural Geology and Geology of the Quaternary age. The journal also accepts original works such as short communications, book reviews, and divulgation articles as well as revision works of interest for the field.

Social Currents, the official journal of the Southern Sociological Society, is a broad-ranging social science journal that focuses on cutting-edge research from all methodological and theoretical orientations with implications for national and international sociological communities. International Journal of Game Theory is devoted to game theory and its applications. It publishes original research making significant contributions from a methodological, conceptual or mathematical point of view. The initial nucleus of Shiraz University was formed in 1946 with the establishment of the junior College of Health which aimed at training specialists in the Medical Sciences during a four year program. In 1949 this was transformed to a Medical College and shortly thereafter in 1953 the Namazi School of Nursing and in 1955 the Colleges of Agriculture and Arts and Sciences were established. Shiraz University which, prior to the Islamic Revolution, was called Pahlavi University was founded in 1954 with the addition of the College of Engineering and College of Veterinary Medicine. Other units that were subsequently added were the Dental School in 1969, the Graduate School and the Junior College of Electronics in 1969, and the Colleges of Law and Education in 1977.

The Journal of Anthropological Sciences (JASs) is the official publication of the Istituto Italiano di Antropologia (ISItA). It is the continuation of the Atti della Società Romana di Antropologia (from 1893 to 1910) and Rivista di Antropologia (until 2003). The JASs publishes original articles, notes and reviews concerning all aspects of evolutionary anthropology (primatology, human paleontology, prehistory, biology and genetics of extinct and extant populations), with particular attention towards interdisciplinary approaches. The journal will therefore welcome papers from across the breadth of data science, including AI, statistics, machine learning, econometrics, bioinformatics, engineering, computational social sciences and beyond.
