Theoretical papers, reviews, and commentaries are encouraged if they contribute substantially to current knowledge. Reports of novel ways to reduce barriers and promote implementation of evidence practice in real world settings and to enhance access and retention of minorities in psychiatric rehabilitation programs are also encouraged.
