Drug Safety is the official journal of the International Society of Pharmacovigilance. The journal includes:   

• Overviews of contentious or emerging issues. 
• Comprehensive narrative reviews that provide an authoritative source of information on epidemiology, clinical features, prevention and management of adverse effects of individual drugs and drug classes. 
• In-depth benefit-risk assessment of adverse effect and efficacy data for a drug in a defined therapeutic area. 
• Systematic reviews (with or without meta-analyses) that collate empirical evidence to answer a specific research question, using explicit, systematic methods as outlined by the PRISMA statement.
• Original research articles reporting the results of well-designed studies in disciplines such as pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacovigilance, pharmacology and toxicology, and pharmacogenomics.

Early Music is a stimulating and richly illustrated journal, and is unrivalled in its field. Founded in 1973, it remains the journal for anyone interested in early music and how it is being interpreted today. Contributions from scholars and performers on international standing explore every aspect of earlier musical repertoires, present vital new evidence for our understanding of the music of the past, and tackle controversial issues of performance practice. Each issue is beautifully illustrated and contains a wide range of articles on performance practice, iconography, sources, instruments and many other aspects of the historical context for a given work or repertory. Some issues are dedicated to a particular theme to mark the anniversary of a composer or to explore an otherwise uncharted territory, such as the music of the New World or the early musical traditions of non-Western cultures.

The Journal of the British Society for Geomorphology (BSG) , formerly the British Geomorphological Research Group (BGRG), is a professional organisation that promotes the field of geomorphology, encouraging interests in: earth surface process, and the erosion, deposition and formation of landforms and sediments. Foci include the physical geography of our river, valley, glacier, mountain, hill, slope, coast, desert and estuary environments; alongside responses to Holocene, Pleistocene or Quaternary environmental change. Earth, Moon, and Planets: An International Journal of Solar System Science, publishes original contributions on subjects ranging from star and planet formation and the origin and evolution of the solar and extra-solar planetary systems, to asteroids, comets, meteoroids and near-Earth objects, including the terrestrial impact hazard and solar system - terrestrial relationships, and related topics. Coverage is concerned with the physical and chemical properties of the material constitution of these bodies, including chaotic behavior. The journal also publishes special issues on topics of relevance and conference proceedings, review articles on problems of current interest, and book reviews. The journal Electronic Materials Letters publishes original papers and occasional critical reviews on all aspects of research and technology in electronic materials. Topics include electronic, magnetic, photonic, and nanoscale materials. The editors place emphasis on science, technology and applications of materials, especially on the relationships among the processing and structure of various materials and their mechanical, thermal, chemical, electrical, electronic, electrochemical, magnetic and optical properties. Coverage of processing includes thin film, nanostructure fabrication self-assembly, solidification, phase transformation, and bulk, as well as related topics in thermodynamics, kinetics and modeling. Electronic Materials Letters is an official journal of the Korean Institute of Metals and Materials.

The aim of the Engineering Applications of Computational Fluid Mechanics is a continuous and timely dissemination of innovative, practical and industrial applications of computational techniques to solve the whole range of hitherto intractable fluid mechanics problems. The journal is a truly interdisciplinary forum, and publishes original contributions on the latest advances in numerical methods in fluid mechanics and their applications to various engineering fields including aeronautic, civil, environmental, hydraulic and mechanical. The journal has a distinctive and balanced international contribution, with emphasis on papers addressing practical problem-solving by means of robust numerical techniques to generate precise flow prediction and optimum design, and those fostering the thorough understanding of the physics of fluid motion.

English World-Wide has established itself as the leading and most comprehensive journal dealing with varieties of English. The focus is on scholarly discussions of new findings in the dialectology and sociolinguistics of the English-speaking communities (native and second-language speakers), but general problems of sociolinguistics, creolistics, language planning, multilingualism and modern historical sociolinguistics are included if they have a direct bearing on modern varieties of English. Although teaching problems are normally excluded, English World-Wide provides important background information for all those involved in teaching English throughout the world.

English is an internationally known journal of literary criticism, published on behalf of The English Association. Each issue contains essays on a wide range of authors and literary texts in English, aimed at readers within universities and colleges and presented in a lively and engaging style. There is a substantial review section, in which reviewers have space to situate a book within the context of recent developments in its field, and present a detailed argument. English is unusual among academic journals in publishing original poetry. This policy embodies the view that the critical and creative functions, often so widely separated in the teaching of English, can co-exist and cross-fertilise each other.

Founded in 1951, by F. W. Bateson, Essays in Criticism soon achieved world-wide circulation, and is today regarded as one of Britain's most distinguished journals of literary criticism. Essays in Criticism covers the whole field of English Literature from the time of Chaucer to the present day. The journal maintains that originality in interpretation must be allied to the best scholarly standards. Moreover, whilst always pursuing new directions and responding to new developments, Essays in Criticism has kept a balance between the constructive and the sceptical, giving the journal particular value at a time when criticism has become so diversified. In addition to the articles, Essays in Criticism has lengthy and searching book reviews, and the 'Critical Opinion' section offers topical discussion on a wide range of literary issues.

Ethical Theory and Moral Practice: An International Forum is a peer-reviewed journal which aims to publish the best work produced in all fields of ethics. It welcomes high quality submissions regardless of the tradition or school of thought from which they derive. As an editorial priority, however, presentations should be accessible to the philosophical community at large. Ethical Theory and Moral Practice seeks interdisciplinary cooperation between ethics, theology and empirical disciplines such as medicine, economics, sociology, psychology and law. It recognises that distinctions between theory and practice are, to a large extent, artificial. The journal therefore aims to publish theoretically relevant 'practical' ethics and practically relevant 'theoretical' ethics.

Euphytica is an international journal covering the theoretical and applied aspects of plant breeding, and publishing critical reviews and papers on original research.The journal reports on the growing field of research associated with the integration of modern and traditional plant breeding using transgenic crop plants and/or marker assisted breeding in combination with traditional breeding tools. The content addresses the interests of researchers involved in plant breeding at universities, breeding institutes, seed industries, plant biotech companies and industries using plant raw materials, and promoting stability, adaptability and sustainability in agriculture and agro-industries. The interdisciplinary European Journal of Ageing: Social, Behavioural and Health Perspectives (EJA) is devoted to the understanding of ageing around the world. Coverage includes original articles on the social, behavioral and health-related aspects of ageing, encouraging an integrated approach among these aspects. The editors emphasize empirical research, including meta-analyses, but also consider conceptual papers, including narrative reviews, and methodological contributions. By stimulating communication between researchers and those using research findings, EJA aims to contribute to the formulation of better policies and the development of better practice in serving older adults.

Evidence-Based Practice in Child and Adolescent Mental Health is an official journal of the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (Division 53), American Psychological Association. The journals seeks to:

(a) Describe the breadth, expertise, and diversity of the field of clinical child and adolescent psychology;

(b) Provide a source of explicating the findings and methods from scientific studies in applied and diverse settings;

(c) Advocate and illuminate the unique and expert knowledge, skill, and experience of clinical child and adolescent psychologists;

(d) Provide a resource for the sharing of ideas, activities, outcomes, and applications of the applied skills and experiences clinical child and adolescent psychologists. 

Fabula is an international medium of discussion for all issues relevant to historical and comparative folk narrative research. The journal contains eight sections: articles, shorter contributions, research and conference reports, information, reviews, bibliographical notes, books received, announcements of the ISFNR. The article section deals with the study of popular narrative tradition in its various forms (folktales, legends, jokes and anecdotes, exempla, fables, ballads, pictorial media, contemporary genres) and with the interrelationship between oral and literary traditions. Interest focuses on Europe and its spheres of influence, which does, however, not exclude contributions from other cultural areas.

Feminist Legal Studies is committed to an international perspective and to the promotion of feminist work in all areas of law, legal theory and legal practice. The journal publishes material in a range of formats, including articles, essay reviews, interviews, book reviews and notes on recent legal developments. The editorial board encourages the submission of papers from people working outside the academy, as well as from researchers in any discipline. The journal publishes critical, interdisciplinary, theoretically engaged feminist scholarship relating to law (broadly conceived). It has a particular interest in work that extends feminist debates and analysis by reference to critical and theoretical approaches and perspectives. Fibres & Textiles in Eastern Europe is a scientific journal, published in English with Polish abstracts, devoted to scientific research & development of the manufacturing and processing of fibre-grade polymers, including biopolymers, fibres, fibrous products, and textile technologies. Some of the problems discussed in the journal are trends in fibre development, theory and practice of new technologies and techniques for manufacturing and modifying polymers, fibres and textiles, among others, by means of waste free, biotechnological processes and the manufacturing of special fibres and fibrous products, especially from modified natural and synthetic polymers such as cellulose derivatives, lignins, chitin and chitosan. Special attention is paid to works presenting problems related to bioactivity, biocompatibility, biodegradability, textile waste utilisation and waste-water.

Fish Physiology and Biochemistry is an international journal publishing original research papers in all aspects of the physiology and biochemistry of fishes. Coverage includes experimental work in such topics as biochemistry of organisms, organs, tissues and cells; structure of organs, tissues, cells and organelles related to their function; nutritional, osmotic, ionic, respiratory and excretory homeostasis; nerve and muscle physiology; endocrinology; reproductive physiology; energetics; biochemical and physiological effects of toxicants; molecular biology and biotechnology and more. The journal presents full papers, brief communications, rapid communications, unsolicited and invited reviews and editorial comments and announcements.

The journal publishes original papers and reviews that describe interrelationships between foods and all aspects of the physiological, biophysical, microbial and neuro-humoral components of digestion, acquisition and assimilation, with particular emphasis on the role of food structure. The scope includes papers describing the influence of the hierarchical elements of food structure including nanoparticulate formulations, also foods containing prebiotics, probiotics, genetically engineered microorganisms and other agents which influence digestion in its broadest sense including effects on gut associated immune and neurohumoral systems on any of the gut components including the hind gut. While the principal area of focus of the journal is in regard to human digestion we welcome papers that explore these areas in animal and in vitro models and which compare these processes in an evolutionary sense particularly in regard to hominids.
