Depression Research and Treatment is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and clinical studies related to all aspects of depression.

The Saudi Journal of Health Systems Research is a peer-reviewed, Open Access online journal dedicated to healthcare management. It is the official publication of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ´s Ministry of Health and the Ministry’s voice to the global scientific community. The journal fosters an environment of research excellence to elevate scientific research in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This journal welcomes papers that cover research, trends, and techniques in health systems and includes articles in hospital and healthcare management and policies, health economics, and digital health. In addition, papers covering multidisciplinary topics with impact on the health sector are welcome. Manuscripts on these topics can be submitted in the form of original research articles, case studies and reports, review articles, systematic reviews, discussions, guidelines, and brief reports. In this forum, clinicians and researchers can communicate their findings to a broader scientific community and contribute to the development of public health and well-being.

While there are several journals in the field of management and some in the field of health (including evaluation, policy, and social sciences), there is no journal focusing exclusively on health management and policy. Although most journals address scholars, there is a dearth of journals which are scholarly in their depth but address reflective practitioners as well as other concerned persons. The Journal of Health Management proposes to fill this gap. The Journal of Health Management is designed as a forum for exploring major issues of health policy and health management (including population and family welfare) in developing countries with a view to assisting the better implementation of desired changes. It caters to the needs of health policy-makers, health managers, reflective practitioners and action-oriented researchers.

Sexual Health publishes original and significant contributions to the fields of sexual health including HIV/AIDS, Sexually transmissible infections, issues of sexuality and relevant areas of reproductive health. This journal is directed towards those working in sexual health as clinicians, public health practitioners, researchers in behavioural, clinical, laboratory, public health or social, sciences. The journal publishes peer reviewed original research, editorials, review articles, topical debates, case reports and critical correspondence. Authors interested in preparing a feature article, a mini-review or a viewpoint article are invited to discuss the matter with the Editor.

Conflict and Health is ready to receive manuscripts on all aspects of the interrelationship between health and conflict.

International Journal for Equity in Health is ready to receive manuscripts about influences on and interventions and inequities in health.

The mission of the Dubai Medical Journal is to encourage innovative research by promoting original scientific research in the fields of medicine, health sciences, nursing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory work in addition to women’s and children’s health. Nonclinical subjects related to medicine, especially ethics and complementary medicine as well as social and cultural observations, are also covered. As international as Dubai itself, the journal offers a global perspective, but also focuses on the United Arab Emirates. The Journal of Epidemiology and Global Health (JEGH) plans to impact global epidemiology and international health with peer-reviewed articles focused on innovative scholarship and strategies to advance global health policy. The journal will take special interest in publishing rigorous assessments of policies where these have been implemented based on epidemiological and public health research. At Journal of Epidemiology and Global Health we believe epidemiology and public health are closely intertwined, both scientifically, and from a health policy vantage: advances in one area exert positive consequences on the other.The journal benefits from a diverse, multidisciplinary, experienced and unusually international editorial board that will facilitate the publication of articles and perspectives reflecting a global view of public health medicine and epidemiology. The resulting need for multidisciplinary research is not well served by the current body of academic publications and this journal seeks to fill this important gap.The Journal of Epidemiology and Global Health is an interdisciplinary journal that welcomes reviews, original papers, laboratory, epidemiological or clinical, as well as perspectives and commentaries from all aspects of communicable and non-communicable diseases, in particular those identified as priorities by the World Health Assembly.
