The aim of Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology is to serve as a forum for scientifically based information in community dentistry, with the intention of continually expanding the knowledge base in the field. The scope is therefore broad, ranging from original studies in epidemiology, behavioral sciences related to dentistry, and health services research through to methodological reports in program planning, implementation and evaluation. Reports dealing with people of all age groups are welcome. The journal encourages manuscripts which present methodologically detailed scientific research findings from original data collection or analysis of existing databases. Preference is given to new findings. Confirmations of previous findings can be of value, but the journal seeks to avoid needless repetition. It also encourages thoughtful, provocative commentaries on subjects ranging from research methods to public policies. Purely descriptive reports are not encouraged, nor are behavioral science reports with only marginal application to dentistry. The journal is published bimonthly.

Companion Animal Health and Genetics is an open access journal focused on advancing the health and welfare of domesticated animals/pets by providing new clinical, genetic, and epidemiological insights.

Companion Animal Health and Genetics accepts articles on the health and welfare of all companion animals, such as cats, dogs, horses, rodents, rabbits, birds, exotic pets, and fish. It welcomes clinical research articles, case reports, commentary, letters to the Editor, reviews, short reports on but not limited to the areas of internal medicine, emergency medicine and critical care, cardiology, oncology, neurology, dermatology, ophthalmology, pathology, diagnostic imaging, and clinical genetics. Additionally, the journal welcomes research on genetic and epidemiological studies that contribute to a better understanding of risk factors for diseases, disease patterns and the impact of breeding on animal health. Due to their relevance and close genetic link, these studies may also include wild ancestors of companion animals.

We aim to provide guidelines for improving disease diagnostics, therapeutic interventions, and disease management strategies for policy makers, veterinarians, and pet breeders.

Formerly known as Canine Genetics and Epidemiology/Canine Medicine and Genetics, this journal began with an emphasis on genetic and epidemiological research relating to breed diversity as well as clinical reports on canine diseases and is now expanded to include studies on all companion animals.

Design for Augmented Humanity (DAH) is an international journal enabling reporting and archiving of advances in knowledge for the meaningful integration and development of technology to enhance and extend human capabilities and well-being. The scope of the journal encompasses physical, mental and holistic considerations. DAH welcomes articles which report on and discuss related research issues including but not restricted to interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research on human augmentation and enhancements for individuals and social groupings including cognitive and socio-psychological aspects; design theory and methodology for human augmentations; advanced applications, insights and case studies on augmented humanity.

DAH serves as a platform for researchers, designers, and technologists to share innovative work, discuss emerging trends, and explore the social, ethical, and psychological implications of human enhancement technologies. The journal is committed to fostering dialogue and collaboration between disciplines to inspire novel approaches that promote the responsible and meaningful development of technologies that augment human life in both individual and collective contexts.

Eating and Weight Disorders. Studies on Anorexia, Bulimia, and Obesity (EWD) is a quarterly international e-only journal for research and treatment of eating disorders and obesity. The months of publication are March, June, September and December.   EWD publishes peer-reviewed articles and is intended to provide an interdisciplinary forum devoted to the sectors of eating disorders and obesity and the significant interrelationships between them. Innovation in Language Learning and Teaching is an international refereed journal devoted to innovative approaches to methodologies and pedagogies in language learning and teaching. It publishes research articles, review articles and book/materials reviews. It draws on a range of disciplines that share a focus on exploring new approaches to language learning and teaching from a learner-centred perspective. It will appeal to anyone interested in the development of, research into or practical application of new methodologies in language teaching and learning. Innovation in Language Learning and Teaching also includes an 'Innovative Practice' section, giving authors an opportunity to showcase the latest in innovative practice in language learning and teaching. Papers need to be of a similarly high standard to papers in the main section of the journal and will be subject to review. Papers in this section, which will include a maximum of one paper per journal issue, do not need to report on research. Papers should be between 3,000-4,000 words. Peer Review PolicyAll papers are anonymously peer reviewed by a minimum of two experts.

Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers is published eight times a year, and covers a wide scope, ranging from mathematical foundations to practical engineering design in the general areas of circuits, systems, and computers. Although primary emphasis will be on research papers, survey, expository and tutorial papers are also welcome. The journal consists of two sections: *Papers - Contributions in this section may be of a research or tutorial nature. Research papers must be original and must not duplicate descriptions or derivations available elsewhere. The author should limit paper length whenever this can be done without impairing quality. *Letters - This section provides a vehicle for speedy publication of new results and information of current interest in circuits, systems, and computers. Focus will be directed to practical design- and applications-oriented contributions, but publication in this section will not be restricted to this material. These letters are to concentrate on reporting the results obtained, their significance and the conclusions, while including only the minimum of supporting details required to understand the contribution. Publication of a manuscript in this manner does not preclude a later publication with a fully developed version.

Journal of Exposure Science and Environmental Epidemiology (JESEE), a peer-reviewed publication, is published six times a year. The journal publishes research important to exposure assessment for toxic substances, environmental epidemiology that includes a strong exposure analysis component and related disciplines that advance the exposure assessment process. Safety and Health at Work (SH@W) is an international, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal published quarterly in English beginning in 2010. The journal is aimed at providing grounds for the exchange of ideas and data developed through research experience in the broad field of occupational health and safety. The Asia-Pacific Journal of Health, Sport and Physical Education is the Journal of the by the Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER). The Journal has a particular focus on social science research-based articles (approximately 7000 words) that make reference to other critical work in the field and/or discuss particular issues of practice-focused research within the specific professional fields of health, sport and physical education. Editorial will privilege those articles that explore and provide a depth of understanding of the complex inter-relationship between developing/improving practice through the production of knowledge. JBV Insights is supercharged in terms of speed and accessibility and aims to have manuscripts with the journal for no longer than three months (from submission to online publication [or rejection]). Manuscripts will be concise and widely available online via ScienceDirect.

The research featured in JBV Insights will highlight important ideas that cannot yet meet the threshold for completeness, robustness or theoretical explication required of JBV, but will otherwise stimulate further research. Empirical submissions could include unusual findings, atheoreical descriptions, non-findings or replication of established relationships, or single experiments. Theoretical submissions could include thought-provoking examples or juxtapositions. Other submissions include simulations and scale and other methodological developments.

The editorial policy of the JBV Insights requires that submitted articles highlight and stimulate conversation about entrepreneurial phenomena. Articles can be based on empirical findings or descriptions, theoretical arguments, simulations, or methodological developments.

JBV Insights represents a multi-discipline voice on entrepreneurship including, in the fields of management, strategy, sociology, psychology, economics, international business, finance/accounting, sustainable and social entrepreneurship, and marketing.

Papers that successfully survive the review process share several attributes:

• A precise description of the research problem, issue, or question
• Use of appropriate methods or, in the case of theory pieces, persuasive argumentation
• A clear summary of results
• Concise but clear implications for theory and/or practice
