Slavic Literatures is a peer-reviewed academic periodical that publishes literary studies in English and in Russian. The journal combines special and regular issues devoted to Slavic literatures. Many journal contributions are devoted to Russian literature, but we also regularly publish and emphatically welcome research devoted to Belarusian, Bosnian, Croatian, Czech, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Polish, Ukrainian, and other Slavic literatures.

Published since 1971, the journal has served as publication outlet for cardinal names in Slavic literary and cultural studies. The journal today continues to refine and broaden the field, by uniting English- and Russian-language scholarship from Central, Eastern, and Western Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia; by combining the work of talented newcomers with that of leading academics; and by welcoming methodological and disciplinary innovation. All methods and viewpoints are welcomed, provided they contribute new, original or challenging insights to the field, or use insights from young research paradigms to complicate existing thinking in Slavic literary studies.

Surface Engineering and Applied Electrochemistry is the official journal of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. It publishes theoretical and applied articles dealing with a broad spectrum of topics in surface engineering and the application of electrochemistry in industrial processing. The journal elucidates the methods and processes of the electrical treatment of materials, utilization of electrical fields, currents and charges, improvement of existing technologies, intensification of heat-and-mass transfer processes, and treatment of biological media and foodstuffs. A partial list of topics explored in the journal includes precision machining by spark erosion; electrochemical precision machining and surface finishing; surface layer hard alloying of metals; deposition of coatings from metal plasma; and electrolytic heating, magnetic annealing, electrolyte solutions and processes. Systems Biology in Reproductive Medicine, SBiRM, publishes Research Articles, Communications, Applications Notes that include protocols a Clinical Corner that includes case reports, Review Articles and Hypotheses and Letters to the Editor on human and animal reproduction. The journal will highlight the use of systems approaches including genomic, cellular, proteomic, metabolomic, bioinformatic, molecular, and biochemical, to address fundamental questions in reproductive biology, reproductive medicine, and translational research. The journal publishes research involving human and animal gametes, stem cells, developmental biology and toxicology, and clinical care in reproductive medicine. Specific areas of interest to the journal include: male factor infertility and germ cell biology, reproductive technologies (gamete micro-manipulation and cryopreservation, in vitro fertilization/embryo transfer (IVF/ET) and contraception. Research that is directed towards developing new or enhanced technologies for clinical medicine or scientific research in reproduction is of significant interest to the Journal.

Techniques in Coloproctology is an international journal devoted to epidemiolologic, pathologic, diagnostic and therapeutic studies relevant to the management of colorectal and pelvic floor diseases. The journal also encourages submission of articles on colorectal motility disorders (including rehabilitative and pathophysiologic aspects). Papers from the Institute of Archaeology (PIA) is a peer reviewed, open access journal that publishes research on all aspects of archaeology, museum studies, cultural heritage and conservation. We publish research papers and short reports. We also welcome reviews of conferences, exhibitions and books. We accept online submissions via the journal website. Run by doctoral students at the UCL Institute of Archaeology, the aim of PIA is to provide authors with experience in publishing articles early in their careers. We therefore place extra emphasis on the provision of peer review feedback and editorial assistance.
