Library & Archival Security is a multi-disciplinary journal dedicated to all aspects of security in libraries, archives and other information centers. A peer-reviewed and refereed journal, Library & Archival Security is devoted to providing information on all aspects of security in libraries, archives, and other information centers, including physical security; data and communications security; disaster preparedness and recovery; and studies of related social, legal, and ethical issues. The Journal accepts original research and theoretical papers that address a wide variety of topics in archival security, including but not limited to patron privacy, theft detection and prevention, inventory methods, security systems and equipment, safety in libraries, legal and societal issues, challenges posed by digital collections and the Internet, the security and integrity of electronic records, networks and communications, and more. Libyan Journal of Medicine (ljm) is a peer-reviewed, Open Access, international medical journal aiming to promote heath and health education by publishing high-quality medical research and data in the different disciplines of medicine.ljm was founded in 2006 by a group of enthusiastic Libyan medical scientists who looked at the contribution of Libyan publications to the international medical literature and saw that a publication outlet was missing. To fill this gap they launched ljm as a tool for transferring current medical knowledge to and from colleagues in developing countries, particularly Libya and other African countries, as well as internationally.As of 2010 ljm is published by Co-Action Publishing. The purpose of this journal is to provide a medium of exchange for scientists engaged in applied sciences (physics, mathematical physics, natural, and technological sciences) where there exists a non-trivial interplay between mathematics, mathematical modelling of real systems and mathematical and computer methods oriented towards the qualitative and quantitative analysis of real physical systems.The principal areas of interest of this journal are the following: *Mathematical modelling of systems in applied sciences; *Mathematical methods for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of models of mathematical physics and technological sciences; * Numerical and computer treatment of mathematical models or real systems.Special attention will be paid to the analysis of nonlinearities and stochastic aspects.Within the above limitation, scientists in all fields which employ mathematics are encouraged to submit research and review papers to the journal. The International Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering publishes refereed papers describing significant developments in numerical methods that are applicable to engineering problems in solids, fluids, structures, fluid-structure interaction, nanotechnology, and multi-physics, multi-disciplinary and multi-scale problems. The Editors also encourage contributions in the areas of model reduction, uncertainty quantification, and verification and validation. Numerical examples that illustrate the methods or their accuracy are encouraged. However, papers dealing strictly with applications of existing methods or dealing with areas of research which are not cutting edge, as deemed by the editors, will not be considered for review. The journal publishes full-length papers, which should normally be less than 25 journal pages in length. Discussions of papers already in print are also considered.
