IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing publishes papers on emerging aspects of computer science, computing technology, and computing applications not currently covered by other IEEE Computer Society Transactions. TETC is a special issues-based journal. Our authors have the option to submit papers to a current special issue or to the continuous call for papers, called "technical tracks." The most recent and current list of emerging topics in computing currently covered by the continuous call for papers is reported on the Technical Tracks Call for Papers page. All submissions not in the scope of the special issue or the technical tracks will not be considered by the journal. Russian Journal of Coordination Chemistry (Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya) was founded in 1975 and is now one of the most prominent chemical journals in Russia. Founded in 1912 and published monthly, Strahlentherapie und Onkologie is a scientific journal that covers all aspects of oncology with focus on radiooncology, radiation biology and radiation physics. The articles are of interest not only to radiooncologists but to all physicians interested in oncology, as well as to radiation biologists and radiation physicists. In the past three decades, following its rapid economic development, China is fast becoming one of the world’s most prosperous countries. At the same time, China has tried to construct a state administered under the rule of law. As a result of this process, Chinese and foreign scholars have made increased efforts to understand the Chinese state and Chinese society and their relationship to contemporary Chinese law. But until now these efforts have not made Chinese law sufficiently accessible to the outside world. The aim of the  Peking University Law Journal is to provide a window on Chinese law for anyone interested in the continuing development of Chinese law and society. In pursuing this aim the  Journal publishes original English-language articles written by Chinese and foreign scholars on Chinese legal traditions, and the rule of law in Chinese society.
