IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing publishes papers on emerging aspects of computer science, computing technology, and computing applications not currently covered by other IEEE Computer Society Transactions. TETC is a special issues-based journal. Our authors have the option to submit papers to a current special issue or to the continuous call for papers, called "technical tracks." The most recent and current list of emerging topics in computing currently covered by the continuous call for papers is reported on the Technical Tracks Call for Papers page. All submissions not in the scope of the special issue or the technical tracks will not be considered by the journal. The primary mission of the journal is to promote improvement in the health and well being of community through the development and practice of clinical biochemistry and dissemination of knowledge and recent advances in this discipline among professionals, diagnostics industry, government and non-government organizations. Indian Journal of Clinical Biochemistry (IJCB) publishes peer reviewed articles that contribute to the existing knowledge in all fields of Clinical biochemistry, either experimental or theoretical, particularly deal with the applications of biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, and immunology to the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of human diseases. The articles published also include those covering the analytical and molecular diagnostic techniques, instrumentation, data processing, quality assurance and accreditation aspects of the clinical investigations in which chemistry has played a major role, or laboratory animal studies with biochemical and clinical relevance.

The American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy (AJHP) is the official publication of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). It publishes peer reviewed scientific papers on contemporary drug therapy and pharmacy practice innovations in hospitals and health systems. With a circulation of nearly 40,000, AJHP is the most widely recognized and respected clinical pharmacy journal in the world.Articles in AJHP are abstracted and indexed in PubMed and many other scientific databases. The views expressed by authors of contributions in AJHP do not necessarily reflect the policy of ASHP or the institution with which the author is affiliated, unless this is clearly specified. Policy statements and official positions of ASHP are clearly labeled as such. Authors, reviewers, editorial board members, contributing editors, and AJHP editors are required to declare potential conflicts of interest regarding manuscripts submitted for publication.

Published for The Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues (SPSSI), the Journal of Social Issues (JSI) brings behavioral and social science theory, empirical evidence, and practice to bear on human and social problems. Each issue of the journal focuses on a single topic - recent issues, for example, have addressed poverty, housing and health; privacy as a social and psychological concern; youth and violence; and the impact of social class on education. A subscription to JSI also includes a full subscription to SPSSI's two other journals: Analyses of Social Issues and Public Policy (ASAP) and the newest title, Social Issues and Policy Review (SIPR). An archival, print version of the annual collection will be provided to all SPSSI members and paid subscribers to JSI, ASAP, and SIPR.

The Journal of Social Philosophy seeks to publish creative approaches to practical and normative issues of contemporary social life, such as those arising from economic and other forms of globalization, violent political conflict, and the multiplicity of cultural experiences worldwide. It places new emphasis on understanding the social contexts for political, legal, moral, and cultural questions, and gives priority to the development of novel theoretical frameworks, from social ontology to care ethics to cosmopolitan theories of democracy, human rights, and global justice. The Journal's editorial process proceeds online, with blind review of articles not only by referees but also by the editor, and aims to deliver timely responses for submissions. The Journal also on occasion publishes special issues focusing on topics of vital practical concern, in the conviction that these can be better understood with the aid of disciplined and innovative philosophical analysis.

During the last 30 years Time Series Analysis has become one of the most important and widely used branches of Mathematical Statistics. Its fields of application range from neurophysiology to astrophysics and it covers such well-known areas as economic forecasting, study of biological data, control systems, signal processing and communications and vibrations engineering. The Journal of Time Series Analysis started in 1980, has since become the leading journal in its field, publishing papers on both fundamental theory and applications, as well as short communications on theoretical developments. The editorial board consists of many of the world's leading experts in Time Series Analysis.

Law and Humanities is a peer-reviewed journal, providing a forum for scholarly discourse within the arts and humanities around the subject of law. For this purpose, the arts and humanities disciplines are taken to include literature, history (including history of art), philosophy, theology, classics and the whole spectrum of performance and representational arts. The remit of the journal does not extend to consideration of the laws that regulate practical aspects of the arts and humanities (such as the law of intellectual property).  Law and Humanities is principally concerned to engage with those aspects of human experience which are not empirically quantifiable or scientifically predictable. Each issue will carry four or five major articles of between 8,000 and 12,000 words each. Applied Physics Express (APEX) is a letter journal devoted solely to rapid dissemination of up-to-date and concise reports on new findings in applied physics. The Australian Journal of Learning Difficulties provides a forum for both theoretical and empirical articles on topics related to the assessment and teaching of students with learning disabilities and learning difficulties. Avian Conservation and Ecology is an open-access, fully electronic scientific journal, sponsored by the Society of Canadian Ornithologists and Bird Studies Canada. We publish papers that are scientifically rigorous and relevant to the bird conservation community in a cost-effective electronic approach that makes them freely available to scientists and the public in real-time. ACE is a fully indexed ISSN journal that welcomes contributions from scientists all over the world. While the name of the journal implies a publication niche of conservation AND ecology, we think the theme of conservation THROUGH ecology provides a better sense of our purpose. As such, we are particularly interested in contributions that use a scientifically sound and rigorous approach to the achievement of avian conservation as revealed through insights into ecological principles and processes. Papers are expected to fall along a continuum of pure conservation and management at one end to more pure ecology at the other but our emphasis will be on those contributions with direct relevance to conservation objectives.

Ciência Rural is a bimonthly journal edited by the Centro de Ciências Rurais (CCR) with additional financial support from the Graduate Programs of the Centro de Ciências Rurais and Office of the Graduate School - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria.
